This unit can sleep 6 with 1 king in the master and 2 queens in the guest room. There is plenty of room for a few air mattresses as well.

We enjoyed our stay

Communication prior to our stay was very good and the check in was easy, even for my older parents who arrived before my son, and I arrived. Their only issue was with the security guard at the gate when they arrived who was a little gruff with them. Otherwise, the stay was nice, and location was ideal for our trip.

Clean, oceanfront

The condo is perfect. Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being right on the ocean and close to many restaurants and shopping. The owner was easy to reach and in communication with us to ensure that all was well. We recommend this rental and would rent again. Thanks for a great week!

Unit 1207 at the South Hampton was absolutely perfect!!! It is beautifully decorated, plenty of linens and supplies, perfect location, and excellent amenities at the resort. The host was wonderful and very prompt responding to any questions. I am ready to stay here again!!!!🙌😆❤️⛱️🏖️

Great location and service

The condo was clean and updated. Great views of the ocean. The parking in right at the entrance, I had no issues with finding a space at any time of the day. Less than 5 minutes from Walmart and TangerOutlets. The property owner was very responsive when we had questions and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful, clean and steps away from the beach

The unit was perfect for my boyfriend and my 2 kids. Clean, spacious and beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. The homeowner was responsive to my inquiries. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that we didn’t have access to the gym in Kingston. The listing said we had access but we actually did not.

Enjoyed our stay

First time VRBO user and I was not fully aware of how the check in worked. Luckily owner was patient and walked us through it. We even were notified that the place was ready early which was perfect since we arrived early and the kids were excited. Place was very clean and as pictured. Spacious rooms great views of the sun rise. This was our first time staying right on the beach and it spoiled us. Normally we stay at a friend’s condo in Sunset Beach and had a car ride to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk right out and if I needed something from the room it was easy to get. Pools were right there as well. The location was perfect and we had plenty of places to go to within minutes. Parking was easy and there was always a spot close to the elevators. The only disappointment was I checked hot tub as an amenity and while the place had them, only Hilton resort guests could use them. We asked the front desk if there was a fee we could pay and it was a resounding “no” and they would be checking for wristbands. If you are looking for a clean quiet place on the beach with a responsive owner this is a good one.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice quiet relaxing stay at your condo.

The property was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. The sounds of the ocean was relaxing and put me in a restful sleep through out the 4 nights of our stay.
