Cute and Cozy
Very cute tiny home. The space was clean, updated, and functional. However, there were flaws. Only one of 4 burners worked on the stove. Two are marked as out of order and the knobs have been removed (listing photos show all 4 knobs), and the front larger burner of the two with knobs wouldn't stay lit. The only storage is under the couch, but not large enough for a suitcase, so our suitcases were in the kitchen taking up space. The heater (mini-split) is not powerful enough to heat the poorly insulated space, so even set at 80, it was about 60 at night. They are clearly aware of this and provide 3 space heaters, which do a great job during the day, but we didn't feel comfortable leaving them on at night or when we went out. There are no extra linens or towels, few kitchen supplies, and the coffeemaker was not great. Outside was a parking space, portable grill (under the deck), and picnic table. Very cute and surrounded by other cute tiny homes, almost feels like a hobbit village. The location is very convenient, we were able to walk all of downtown. However, the Pastime bar across the street blasted music every night until 1am, which made it a bit hard to fall asleep. Despite all the negatives mentioned here, we still really enjoyed our cozy stay in this cute tiny home. We'd stay again, but with our expectations set with what we (and now you) know about the space.

I am disappointed.
I am sure it was a one off, but they completely forgot to clean the tiny house before we arrived after I confirmed three days beforehand. The bed was unmade, there was a towels on the floor, dishes were not done. The cleaning lady was super nice. I wish they would have offered to (at least) waive the cleaning fee, as they clearly didn't check to see if the house was cleaned. I am disappointed.

A little too no frills
The tiny house itself was cute (even if we never realized how difficult a loft is to access). But for the rate charged by nice hotels, it would have been nice to have amenities. The stove was broken, the Internet kept going out (therefore the TV too) and we didn’t find the coffeemaker until right before we left in the morning. Plus it was a little dusty. Given that Leadville is not the nicest Colorado mountain town, we just thought it would have been nice (especially for the price) to feel more taken care of inside our home for the night.

Cute property but ....
Communication with owner or manager was a big problem. I did receive emails and texts, especially the day before and day of check in. At the bottom of the email I received the day before was a door code and WiFi information. Then a different door code the day of check in. Got there and the house was unlocked! I notified owner at the ‘contact us’ address to let them know. Site said I would get a 1 hour response. Then I tried to access internet or just watch tv but that was impossible with the codes provided. Found a phone number for manager and called, and had to leave a voice mail. An emergency number was provided so I called it and got a real person. Explained that it was t an emergency but that I needed tv and internet access. He gave me a password that was different but it didn’t work either. We texted back and forth and he said he would get someone to reset the router. That never happened and we had no tv or internet all night. Still have not heard from manager.

Great Tiny House
Super cute and clean tiny house. Received two different door codes and two different WiFi codes and TV code didn’t work. Overall loved the property. Property manager was very helpful.
