Very cute tiny home. The space was clean, updated, and functional. However, there were flaws. Only one of 4 burners worked on the stove. Two are marked as out of order and the knobs have been removed (listing photos show all 4 knobs), and the front larger burner of the two with knobs wouldn't stay lit. The only storage is under the couch, but not large enough for a suitcase, so our suitcases were in the kitchen taking up space. The heater (mini-split) is not powerful enough to heat the poorly insulated space, so even set at 80, it was about 60 at night. They are clearly aware of this and provide 3 space heaters, which do a great job during the day, but we didn't feel comfortable leaving them on at night or when we went out. There are no extra linens or towels, few kitchen supplies, and the coffeemaker was not great. Outside was a parking space, portable grill (under the deck), and picnic table. Very cute and surrounded by other cute tiny homes, almost feels like a hobbit village. The location is very convenient, we were able to walk all of downtown. However, the Pastime bar across the street blasted music every night until 1am, which made it a bit hard to fall asleep. Despite all the negatives mentioned here, we still really enjoyed our cozy stay in this cute tiny home. We'd stay again, but with our expectations set with what we (and now you) know about the space.
