Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located at the much desired Beach Club on St. Simons Island.

This residence features a fully-equipped and nicely updated kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. The dining room table will seat four and there are two bar stools located under the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub. You will enjoy the décor in the Master! The guest room is suited with two twin beds with charming headboards. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center, and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles (Parking passes will be provided at check-in) **** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

Love the Country French decor!

Loved the Country French decor...Great access to the pool and beach! oh, and we are both book readers! Enjoyed reading about George and Gracie...I'll have to buy a book in order to finish reading about her! We always grab great food at nearby restaurants...

Nice but needs upgrade

We enjoyed our short stay and the unit is charmingly decorated. However, it is sorely in need of an overall face lift/upgrade. Fixtures are out of date, base boards are damaged and old plumbing leaks leave rusted walls below the commode and the front of the refrigerator/ice maker.

Nice Getaway

Our stay was excellent! This condo is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to restaurants, the beach, and the pool. The unit was clean, and the check-in process was seamless. While the space could benefit from some updates and minor improvements—such as a more secure front door lock and additional cookware, including a cookie sheet—our overall experience was wonderful. It was a great choice for our visit.

Great Condo!!

Provided everything that was needed and was close to restaurants, pool, and beach. It was a great time of the year, less crowded than June and July. Everything was provided by the elevators to carry your belongings to the unit. Building was clean and staff was polite. We have found our yearly location for vacation bc there are multiple units to choose from.

Great Potential!

Unit needs some serious updating. Maintenance issues include a bathroom closet door that was off the hinges. No internet upon arrival. Front door lock needs to be replaced. It is not secure.

Great Thanksgiving Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small gathering of four was accommodated very comfortably this Thanksgiving! The condo was clean and with the exception of the kitchen flatware, was equipped adequately. Point being the owner should supply enough spoons, forks & table knives to get through the day. Not a deal breaker, would stay here again, and as usual Real Escapes Realty is the best one on the island, bar none. If you have a problem, it will be resolved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Changes had been made to the Internet service on all units prior to our arrival . So, we did not immediately have service. My wife called the building manager’s office. A lady came up immediately to access the situation. Within minutes a service providers’ technician arrived and did a masterful job figuring out and fixing the problem. Cheri was delighted at the quick and expert service and their positive and friendly attitudes. We had no problems afterward. We look forward to returning to the Beach Club.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a great time and loved the Beach Club! The condo was great however would suggest removing some of the extra furniture and large kitchen table. I would also replace the HVAC unit to avoid issues with guest.

Fun and Relaxing at the same time.

Had a last getaway before my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. Barry on the beach and TheTentGuys were amazing to work with also. But make sure you have ApplePay 1st.

Great condo! Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and decore was nice. The grounds were beautiful and the pool wad clean and quiet. Best if all, the price was right!
