This wonderful home has a great history. Recognized by Better Home & Gardens and featured in several Hallmark Holiday films and the previous home of a local Utah celebrity, is a great place to unwind after a fun day of adventure in the Wasatch Back
A cozy Trex deck complete with new Arctic spa, Fire table, BBQ and plenty of seating. The spa has a lockable automatic Cobana cover for safety and to keep the water clean and warm and a roof over your head during snow or rain.
Our game room is amazing with pool, poker, smart TV and kitchenette that leads to the lower deck outdoor dining and gathering areas.
A bright and beautiful family room greets our guests with an open floor plan leading into the dining room and kitchen. French doors, recently added to access the new deck, hot tub and fire table.
A bright and sunny kitchen with spacious island just perfect for cooking. Plenty of room to cook for a family or just to sit and chat. The kitchen is stocked with just about every thing you could possibly need!

The home has a separate adjoining Guest House that is completely separate from the main house that we keep for business supply storage use and for our personal use during the winter months. There are no shared spaces and you have exclusive use of the entire main house shown in the listing.

We have built an amazing private deck with brand a Brand New Arctic Spa and Cobana Motorized Lockout Cover. The new deck has new outdoor furniture, fire table and BBQ (BBQ and deck furniture are stored and not available during the winter). The front yard is also large with a super fun Swurfer Swing attached to a very old and large tree on the corner of the lot. Need a great place for a Flexcation getaway where you can work, host Zoom meetings, etc while the family has plenty of media bandwidth, this is the place. We have a 1-Gigabyte per second Internet Gateway that will keep all your devices humming along nicely.

We have stayed at this house before and I have to say the house was even nicer than it was the first time. Great property in a perfect location

Old town charm with all the modern amenities. A block off Main Street; perfect. Quiet and peaceful location but walking access to lots of shops & restaurants. Few minutes longer to get to the base of the mountains to ski, but no big deal. Twice the room and service for about 1/2 the price of something similar in Park City. Hosts respond to any requests immediately.

Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the curb appeal but when we saw the inside, we knew this was the place. We discovered later it was a historic home that is a favorite of locals from former owners who used to show it off regularly. It was also included in previous Better Homes and Gardens Magazines as well as numerous Hallmark Movies. Charm and thoughtful design exist througout. From the beautiful casement mantled fireplace to the fun and period appropriate furnishings, this home is a mix of comfort, peace, quality and character. The exterior is just as nice as the interior with beautiful lawns, ancient elms, private decks with gathering areas, fire pits and a large artic spa with Covana motorized cover.
