The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the second room has bunk beds with double size mattresses. The living area is open concept with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer and 2nd bathroom on bottom level. Beach access. Kayaks and canoe included. Free WiFi and cable. Grill and propane also included.

Lovely stay in a typical U.P. village

The large expanse of windows looking out on the woods the all-wood interior made our stay feel like glamping. Very comfortable and cozy when it's cold and windy outside.

Secluded and Quiet

The property was very nice. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. The main part of the house was very nice and a very nice kitchen.

Amazing!

This was a wonderful rental! So clean and beautifully furnished with everything we needed. It was on a gorgeous beach with a firepit and chairs. The location was within 5-20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do and see. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect Girls' Weekend

Great place

We stayed here while my son went to hockey camp. It was a wonderful place , clean and owners are amazing. The beach is beautiful. I recommended to my friends who booked to stay!! We will be back.

Wonderful!

My family and I stayed during our recent visit to the UP. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked, and cozy! They had paddleboards and kayaks available for use and offered firewood for a small beach bonfire. Kristina and Jeff were reponsive and available if we needed, but also respected our privacy. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern side of the peninsula. We would definitely stay here again as we absoluely enjoyed our time!!

Great Landing Spot in the UP

This big, open concept apartment was nice and clean, with forest views and sounds of the lake from inside. The electric range and double ovens made meals easy. The owner was helpful and attentive, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of amenities (dishes, linens, etc.) for our large group. As other reviews mention, there are not window coverings in the main living area that looks directly at the owner's property, so if you are looking for a secluded and private getaway, this may not meet your needs. This was not a huge issue for us since it was a family trip with my wife and 4 kids. It was comfortable for the 6 of us for a few days, although the stairs were a worry for us with our toddler, but we were aware of them before booking, so no fault of the owner. This was a great landing spot for us to see some of the big attractions in the UP - Lake Superior, Pictured Rocks, Mackinac Island, Grand Marais, Sault Ste. Marie and more. We would definitely recommed to someone looking to stay in this area..

Hidden Gem on Lake Superior

The owners were super easy going and friendly! They thought of everything to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable! We had the windows open throughout the night to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. We played cards on the deck while watching the sunset and enjoyed playing on the Kayacks. We will definately stay here again!

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

We had a wonderful stay at the end of June. Such a beautiful location. The rental was well stocked, very clean and the owners live right on site which we loved. Excellent communication, quick responses to text messages and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Positive Experience

Was very pleased with the accommodations. The hosts were kind and easygoing and responsive. The property is located on an excellent shoreline with good quality sand and clear water. The interior finishes were excellent throughout. The big common space with the windows worked perfectly for my siblings and their children. Laundry and two bathrooms were more than adequate for our needs. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Right on the beach!

We had a very nice stay at this cool beach house! The owners were very nice and we felt at home with them right away. They were very helpful and gave us access to their deck and chairs and even a drink if we wanted one! Great beach access! Overall a very nice stay.

Just Lovely

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. It is just lovely: clean, comfortable, and near the beach. Communication with the owners is great. They are on site and available if you have any concerns and are very friendly. Will be staying here again.

Quiet up north getaway.

Super clean and very friendly and accommodating hosts.

The property was beyond spotless! The location is phenomenal. Super secluded and quite. The beach has an awesome view, the sand is so soft (if that's a thing, I'm not a beach person, but it was incredible). The host are great people, we met some of the neighbors as well, super nice as well. We used the kayaks and the beach alot. My kids loved it. The house is outfitted well, we cooked several meals with all the needed tools. The wifi worked great and the AC kept the place cool and comfy (it was unusually warm for that time of year, I hear). A++++ experience. Thank you to the hosts!

Fall into Brimley

We chose this location so that we could enjoy the fall colors at Tahquamenon Falls,. Of course, we loved our time at Crisp Point Lighthouse, Whitefish Point Light Station, and Iroquois Lighthouse. Another must see is the view from Mission Hill. This property is definitely centrally located to these sites. We recommend staying here!

Great stay

Great stay, owner very helpful with communications and use of kayaks and other site amenities. Location is essentially on Lake Superior, and borders Brimley State park. Nice wood logs/boards inside house, very nice stay.

Excellent Experience

We wanted a nicely appointed, clean cabin near the beach, not far from Sault Saint Marie, that also had room to park our bass boat, truck and an extra vehicle. This checked all of those boxes. Will stay here again the next time we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful rental

Rental had the ideal layout and was very clean with open living/dining/kitchen area. Rental was built on top with garage underneath so views of sunrise/sunset was visible with lake views from this area. So many windows! We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. For the most part just my husband and myself, but had my husbands son and his girlfriend come to stay with us for 2 days. Plenty of room to spread out and play games, read or just visit while enjoying a meal together. The owners were very nice and most helpful with information and always responded quickly. If I were to stay in Brimley again, this is the place I would book.

Relaxing Retreat

This was a lovely property right on the beach. I felt instantly relaxed by the view and the space. We stayed with 4 adults. The location worked for great day trips in the UP to all of the popular locations. We wish we had more time to enjoy the kayaks and the water. The property owners are on site and very responsive to questions. I would stay there again.

Not the privacy we hoped for.

This apartment was above a garage located behind the owners home. The apartment was beautiful, however we didn't go there to stay inside. The owner was very pleasant and invited us to sit on the deck with them (but we were on a family vacation), and we were told we could use the beach bonfire pit. When we went out to use the fire pit there were a lot of people already using it, which appeared to be house guests of the owner. My family was disappointed and we ended up staying inside at night. We left a day early due to frustration. This is nothing we have ever encountered and we are not new to renting. If people are renting to be gone and sightsee in the area I'm sure it would be a fine rental. However, we wanted private relaxing beach time.
