"Moomba" is a beautiful beachfront vacation home that sits right on Miramar Beach with the back door just steps from the sand. Enjoy our complimentary beach set-up with 2 chairs and an umbrella!

Come right in and feel instantly relaxed. You will first be greeted by the first-floor great room/game room, featuring comfy seating and a sofa sleeper, a huge Smart TV, and a convenient full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle for those extra guests or the teen hangout! Next to the game room directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is a large private guest bedroom with a new king bed, flat screen TV, with a large beach front balcony and an en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor we have a Gulf front open floor plan featuring the main living area as well as our fully stocked kitchen. Well-lit with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the emerald waters and sugar sand, this space is great for relaxing and listening to the waves break! Enjoy the flat screen TV from our comfortable couch after a long day at the beach, or have dinner with the family at the dining table which comfortably seats 8. Or cook your meal on the BBQ and dine at the outdoor table on the second-floor balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! There is also a half bath located on the main level.

The second beachfront master suite is located on the third floor. Private and quiet for some much-needed R&R after a long day with the kids! Enjoy the king size bed, large flat screen TV, private bathroom and of course the stunning view from your own balcony! On this floor, there is another guest bedroom, featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.

This wonderful townhome is on the picturesque Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach. With fabulous restaurants, and activities galore.

We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
