An old fisherman's house on the small Gulf of Fondachello, now offers the opportunity to spend a holiday in a peaceful and beautiful environment designed to meet the diverse needs of its guests. The property has several beachfront apartments that overlook the courtyard and with direct access to the beach which is just a few meters away; The terraces are a little piece of paradise ideal place to spend pleasant evenings outdoors or to a suggestive breakfast "sea".
The apartments, with one or two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. They are fully equipped with dishes, refrigerator, hair dryer and linen on request.

Un lieu magique

L'appartement est sur la plage. Vous sortez de votre appart les pieds dans l'eau. Il y a un peu de monde la journee mais le calme le matin et le soir pour profiter du soleil et de la plage. Les enfants ont adoré la liberté et les parents les aperos au coucher de soleil. l'appartement est superbe décoré avec gout la terrasse exceptionnelle. Maia vous conseille et vous répond à tout moment pour toute question. Elle vous donne toujours de bon conseil visites et restaurants. Nous reviendrons en Sicile et à la Casa sul Aqua !

It is a grest place for holidays, our host was friendly and compentant The whole surroundig was very clean, the flat, the houses, the beach and the little town. Please note, that you must have a car for shopping, because the town is on top of th hills and there are no pavements. We like to come back again. A.G.

Wunderschöner Platz

Das Haus war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage wunderbar. So nah am Meer! Die Dachterasse mit der Hängematte ist der Hammer. Die Vermieterin war äußerst Hilfsbereit. Sie fuhr uns zum Supermarkt, da wir kein Auto hatten und sonntags anreisten und brachte uns am Arbeitstag zum Bahnhof. Auch der Hausmeister und die Putzfrau waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir über die Umgebung sowie Ausflugsziele umfangreich informiert. Der Ort an sich hat leider wenig zu bieten, aber es gibt ein paar Restaurants. Einzig wirkliches Manko ist das Müllproblem. Nicht in der Anlage. Dort wird peinlichst auf Mülltrennung geachtet. Der Hausmeister sammelt sogar den Müll am Strand ein. Doch bereits außerhalb der Anlage liegt überall Müll. Ein großes Problem auf ganz Sizilien. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich jederzeit nochmal dieses Quartier buchen. Die traumhafte Lage am Strand ist einzigartig.

Ästhetik, Strand, Erholung

Stilvolle, ruhige Anlage mit sechs Ferienwohnungen, gut ausgestattet, mit extrem hilfsbereiter Gastfreundschaft. Mit Terrasse und Essplatz hat jede Einheit Privatsphäre. Gepflegt und sehr sauber, schöner Innenhof mit tollen Pflanzen. Abends zum Wellenrauschen und Grillenzirpen einschlafen, in der Hängematte lesen oder mit dem Kajak eine Tour unternehmen? Hier lässt es sich bestens erholen oder in der näheren Umgebung Wanderungen unternehmen. Äusserst kinderfreundlich (Spielsachen, Bodyboards vorhanden). Leider hat die Gemeinde ein gröberes Abfallentsorgungsproblem, alles landet im Straßengraben, im Gebüsch oder am Strand. Die Mülltrennung scheint hier nicht zu existieren, was sehr schade ist.

Prachtig aan zee gelegen appartement.

Prachtig gelegen aan zee. Mooi groot dakterras en een leuke binnenplaats waar je ook kon zitten. Vanuit je appartement zo de zee in. Aardige eigenaresse die nog allerlei tips gaf.

Un bellissimo soggiorno in una location degna di nota

La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, con spazi a disposizione sia davanti casa che sopra la casa con un terrazzo attrezzato che si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Si accede direttamente alla spiaggia tramite un portoncino che si trova su un cortile in comune con le altre unità abitative del residence. Avevamo la stanza da letto con la finestra direttamente sulla spiaggia ed è stato molto bello sentire le onde del mare in sottofondo. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene ed anche il personale è stato molto gentile con noi.

Perfect for a quiet holiday.

Very nice appartment with everything we needed. Direct access to the beach, as described, and a lovely roof-terrace with a beautiful view over the sea. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful in making the stay comfortable for us with our baby and were available quickly in case of any problems. There weren't a lot of restaurants or stores in walking distance of the appartment, but with our rental car we could reach everything we needed very easily. The beautiful weather with perfect water temperature for swimming turned our autumn vacation into a great prolongation of the summer.

Magnifique !

Typique maison de pêcheurs restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. Plusieurs appartements, le nôtre avait une terrasse sur la mer, accès direct à la plage, le rêve !

Paradiso in terra

Location da favola con panorama stupendo. La casa , una chicca arredata con gusto e non mancante di niente dalla proprietaria Maya. La stessa si è resa sempre disponibile e premurosa nei nostri confronti dispensando anche notizie sui tour da effettuare nel circondario. Esperienza ottima e da ripetere sempre a .......
