This home is your perfect vacation spot! Three bedroom, one King bed in master with upgraded mattress. Two queen beds and two pullout Queen sleeper sofas. So easy to get to everything. Or you can relax in your resort style pool, practice your putting, enjoy a movie or a game. Large covered patio is great when you have had too much sun. Heated pool with gas/electric hybrid which is the best of both worlds for pool heaters. The pool is deep and long. There is a chipping green and putting green plus a ping pong table and foosball. The floor plan of this home is open so the people in the kitchen can be a part of the conversation. There are two televisions in the main room, plus a television in the master. You can literally walk to In and Out Burger, Oreganos, Sushi, Sprouts, Costco, Picassos (to mention a few) .There is a 2 car garage with epoxy finished floors and has direct entrance the house.. The homes sits on a corner lot and the homes are fairly far apart, giving you more privacy in the back yard. The covered patio extends the length of the house for extra shade. Tumbled travertine patio deck. Granite counters, large open living areas. The crib is a travel crib. You have full access to the whole house and private yard. Nice neighborhood! This home is on a larger corner lot. Easy walk to a park besides all the restaurants. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping from this home. In and Out Burger, Costco, Oreganos, there are so many. And there is a bus terminal close by as well. I would call it an easy walk. Great Location! The pool is huge! It used to have a diving board so it is deep on one end. The Putting Green has really been enjoyed by many of our guests. Plenty of hiking trails and golf courses nearby. NO EVENTS of any kind. No Smoking. Pets upon approval. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). Scottsdale vacation

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice to have the attached garage and peaceful backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I will book this property again for future trips to the Phoenix area.

Hard to give review as we walked in and walked out. Did not like the neighborhood. The home seemed very dark with low ceilings. No real renovations. Room sizes were ok, except for bathrooms. Furniture was old. Outside area could use some love. Host was responsive on check in, but not interested in why we left. Just not what we expected with all the terrific reviews.

Enjoyable Backyard

The house was exactly as listed. The backyard was excellent with the heated pool, covered sitting area, putting green, ping ping table, foosball and BBQ. There was coffee and chocolates waiting for us which was great and appreciated. There was also a selection of spices which came in very handy. The house was clean and laid out as expected. The only comment would be to have better updated lighting throughout the house as it quite dark and dim at night. Other than that this house would be an excellent place to stay for a family.

Nice big pool and comfy beds

We had such a good time and were so happy we could bring our dogs. House is in Paradise Valley. A few things were within walking distance but most places we did have to drive to. All four adults commented on how comfortable the beds are -we all slept so well. Wonderful wild Love Birds across the way that sing in the morning. Kitchen could use newer pans, glasses and utensils but it’s nice big kitchen. Interacted with Owner a couple of times, she is super sweet and quick to respond. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Incredible property with accommodating hosts who saved our vacation

Janet was quick to reply and arrange our stay when our first rental didn't work out. The pool was AMAZING and we created fun family memories outdoors with the ping pong table, putting green and warm, spacious pool. The home was clean and cozy and we'd love to return to this property one day.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This home was perfect for our families spring break vacation - the location is close to anything you could want or need, the house was great - clean, spacious and had everything we needed to stay for a week. The backyard was perfect - huge pool, plenty of water floats available, comfy lounge chairs and plenty of space to enjoy meals outside after grilling. Janet was wonderful to work with and we will definitely book again for our next trip back!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay here with our extended family of 7. The house was clean and roomy. The heated pool was enjoyed greatly by the children along with chipping and ping pong. We were close to places to hike and other locations we desired to see. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as markets being close by. We had a great time!

Convenient location for visiting Scottsdale.

The pool was fabulous though because of the rain, we didn't get in much. The putting green a big hit as well as the ping pong table, though most of the balls had seen better days. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, but I must say, we had several dishes that had not been cleaned as we pulled out this pan or that pot for various meals. We did a couple loads of laundry during our week and that was so convenient. All the beds got a thumbs up as they were very comfortable. The one thing we all noted was the lighting in the house was poor, we replaced a couple bulbs ourselves but I imagine in the summer this is a nonissue. The garage was so nice to have and there were more pool toys than one can imagine. Yes, we would rent this home again.

Excellent Property

Excellent property, amenities were just as described. Kitchen appliances were very nice and more than adequate for our stay. Backyard was enjoyed by our two dogs with room to run and the grand kids enjoyed an afternoon in the heated pool. Great place and will use it again if available when we make our next trip to Scottsdale.

What a great place for family!

We stayed with our 2 kids and mother in law. This house was absolutely perfect for us! We were all in The pool every single day…we played ping pong, and enjoyed the putting green also. Drinks by the pool was just perfect! Plenty of space and privacy. I also really appreciated the spare shampoo and sunscreen in the bathrooms. Very nice to have since we couldn’t take big bottles on the plane. I would absolutely recommend this house for folks of any age. Very simple access to the house and very quick responses from the property manager. She was great!

Loved it!

Great location, beautiful house, and the POOL! My boys 10 and 12 love water, and the pool was big and deep, and Janet had floats and toys to go with it. Mini golf was fun as well. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room, had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable, plus the location of the house is only a short drive away from many attractions. The owner responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway

We used this property for our family spring break. 2 adults and 3 kids ages 7, 9 and 11. It’s a great house for lounging around - especially with the refreshing pool and deck. We found the location to be excellent. The street is quiet and friendly and every detail of the rental was anticipated and accounted for. Very happy with our chance to recharge and warm up for the spring. Will definitely book again.

Paradise back yard in Paradise Valley☀️

The property was clean and the back yard was gorgeous with a truly heated pool. Our pup loved it there, every minute! Grandkids swam 24-7 - very happy memories made and that is priceless. The home is close to many restaurants and retail. Our preference will be to find something newer built and more remote! Janet responds quickly to any questions!!

Fun in Scottsdale

This home has great space inside and outside. The pool and backyard is nice and relaxing. The putting green is great. Well equipped kitchen and wonderful big TVs. The location is perfect for getting around Phoenix. We had a nice stay. Thank you.

Great host great location yard a PLUS

Talk about a hostess with the mostess. This property comes with great amenities and a host ready to help with anything you may need. I am a local and needed a home away from home and I am very familiar with the area but had no idea how updated this neighborhood was. The home is located in prime location to any events you are visiting. It really is central to our major events. The pool is huge and was quite a treat since my own pool isn’t heated and most rentals make you pay for heating it. (Yes our pools are cold until summer!) What I really loved was the option to put the fence up or not around pool for safety for your children or dogs. There is a putting green with balls and putters and cornhole for your down time and tons of outdoor seating. This is really a perfect place for a couple families or couples to hang and definitely for that guys or girls trip. The master bed and pillows is more comfortable than my own bed at home and the room has a nice size walk in closet with master full bath. Both spare rooms have queen beds and share another full bath. Games in the closet and huge TVs for indie entertainment although I suspect anyone will spend their time enjoying the highlight of this property which is the huge yard. Trust me when I tell you this neighborhood is also very safe. I took my dogs for multiple strolls around the neighborhood and the stores so close makes life easy for any kind of shopping you are looking for. Soon the old PV mall will be a sprawling walking area with even more shopping and restaurants making this property an even more desirable spot to spend your vacation. I would stay again and will recommend to friends.

We have a four hole putting green and a chipping green.
The lot is rather large, and on a corner so you feel very private.
The pool is more of a resort size.
We remodeled the pool in September 2019, so the yard looks fresh and updated.
The mattresses and bedding and sleeper sofas are new as of October 2019
You can walk to a plethora of restaurants.
We pay for the pool heat. Our heater is a Pentaire electric with a gas backup to keep the pool the intended temperature.
We have a pool fence that can be put up if children 5 or under are visiting the home.
