Beautiful and completely detached villa, situated in an exclusive development within 25m from the beach. Urbanization with. The villa has 5 bedrooms (1 Double, 2 doubles and 2 singles -8), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry room, terraces at different heights, swimming pool with filter and Roman steps. It also has a small garden bordering the property. The kitchen has all the necessary tools (Crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc ...) as well as the bathrooms and rooms are equipped with toilet and bed linen. The beach is just 200 m from the house, and 25m from the entrance to the development. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues which are within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the door of urbanization. Ideal for enjoying holidays familia¡¡

Dans l'ensemble c'est correct. Il manque juste la climatisation et internet sinon pour la piscine il faudrait que la personne qui gère la ph de l'eau passe plus souvent tout les 2 a 3 jours.

Fantastic swimming pool
We stay most of ours days in swimming pool but the beach is also nice and from a walking distance. The house is not far from València so we visited the city and the Albufeira Natura park

Cullera vista
Wonderful villa in residential area, close to beach and supermarket. Very well catered for, everything you needed in the villa. Pool and sunloungers just what we needed. The host was lovely but didn't speak English so just be aware, but we managed to figure things out 😊 Cullera is a very Spanish beach resort so again helps to speak the language.

Compleet plaatje van prima meubilair, goed ingerichte keuken, voldoende en goed linnenpakket, mooi zwembad en terrasmeubilair. Met het strand op 200 m afstand een ideale lokatie voor een ontspannen vakantie.

Excellent choice
The location, quality of the house and support provided by the host were much above our expectations! Strongly recommended for an extended family with several kids. There is no WiFi, but it can be easily resolved by ordering a Spanish 4G sim card (less than 5 euro per day for 2Gb).

Hemos estado 7 personas 1 semana en esta villa y lo hemos pasado fenomenal, hemos estado muy a gusto y no podemos decir nada malo. La villa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones geniales y es muy cómoda. Los dueños muy atentos y majos. Todo muy bien.

Excelente casa
Una casa estupenda, su ubicacion es ideal, tardas 3 minutos andando a la playa, el centro del pueblo y los comercios estan a5 minutos en coche, la xasa amplia con buena piscina, la unica pega que no hay aire acondicionado, por lo demas muy recomendable, ademas Eduardo el propietario y sus hijos encantadores y en todo momento a disposicion. Gracias por tido Eduardo!!
