The second bedroom is equally as impeccable also with a king sized bed and dresser. Exact same views and ability to step out on the balcony in just a few steps. 2nd bathroom is off the hallway with a tiled shower/tub combo and beautiful vanity.
Living area with direct ocean views from the couch which also pulls out to sleep an additional 2 guests. Open floor plan from the living area to the dining area. Nick and I have been happily married for the last 12 years. We have two beautiful children, Madeline and Vanessa who are 6 and 8 this year. We have been blessed to own this condo in Marco Island and are excited to share this beautiful place with others. We are committed to cherished memories with our family and have been able to do so here. Whether it is collecting seashells, body boarding in the ocean, swimming in the pool, or just relaxing as we enjoy the breathtaking view from our balcony, these are the moments that can only be created here. A little about me, I have been in healthcare for 17 years as a nurse - started in the Medical ICU, was the educator for 5 years along with being in Performance improvement, and currently am the Manager of our Quality/Safety department for a level 1 hospital that is blessed to part of a 15 hospital Ministry. My husband's background is in sales and construction. Currently, he stays busy with real estate and rentals. Our work aligns with our personalities which is to provide excellence in care and service. We are easy-going, approachable, and happy to help your family make this condo one that can become your yearly vacation spot! We look forward to connecting with you! :)
