This 3rd and 4th floor penthouse condominium has panoramic whitewater ocean views from the upstairs master bedroom and its expansive balcony. The Master bedroom is a loft The Oceanside Pier is lit up beautifully at night! You'll love experiencing the sights, sounds, and sea breezes as you relax in your unit. The interior has been customized with wood-decked ceilings and custom cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen features slab granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. the main living area has an exquisite stone fireplace and an additional balcony overlooking lush gardens beautifully and comfortably furnished with a Lazy Boy sofa and 3 comfortable chairs, overlooking lush gardens. The Master bedroom has a California King and lots of closet space. The downstairs bedroom has been expanded, and is a second living area with a queen Murphy Bed and a queen sofa bed. Both baths have gorgeous stone walk-in showers. Both bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and lots of closet space. In short, all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury custom home!

The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, table tennis, and reserved parking.

You'll have access to amenities such as a resort pool and spa, best-in-class gym, lush grounds with Koi ponds and waterfalls, library, billiards, reading room, putting green, and BBQs overlooking the pool for parties. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds.
