This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

The fee depends on breed and size and can vary from 150 to 400 per pet.
Pet fees are as follows:
 0-9 pounds $150
10 - 20 pounds $200
21-40 pounds $300
41-60 pounds $400
this home only allows 2 pets and under 60 pounds

You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed

Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. 
Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.
You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home
