Seasonal rental of this pretty holiday home in the town of Rivière Salée, 5 minutes from the village. The house is located in a residential area.

Pretty pavilion surrounded by a terrace and a vehicle shelter at the front as well as a terrace at the back with flowered and wooded garden.
It is equipped with two bedrooms with storage; a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet; a large living room with lounge and television and dining room; and a new fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, hot plate, storage, kitchen utensils and dishes, washing machine). There is a rear terrace with a dining table and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor kitchen.

The Man 'Emile house is located in the Laugier district, 10 minutes walk from shops (Carrefour Market, Leader Price, La Poste, Bank, Gas station, Bakery) and 5 minutes by car from the small town.
It is ideally located for taking the national road towards Ducos, Le Lamentin, Fort de France, Sainte-Luce, Le Diamant, Trois-Îlets, etc.

Très bon séjour en Martinique: soleil, plage, randonnées à la caravelle, canoé transparent à grand anse, tortue visible à l'Anse Dufour. Le gite très bien placé et propre, accès rapide pour la route principale. secteur calme, intérieur avec cuisine aménagée,2 chambres séparées, accueil sympathique avec Peggy, réactivité très rapide au moindre petit détail, clés, horaires..... merci pour ce séjour chez vous, cordialement .
