In a very quiet residential area, you will enjoy this charming modern house of 110 square meters, completely renovated, with private courtyards and parking, terrace and large garden of 1000 square meters, for up to 5 people.
Composed of a very large living room - comfortable dining room with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, it also has 3 bedrooms, one with flat screen TV also.
You will have at your disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Internet and WIFI broadband.
Located a few minutes from the city center and shops, but also the main tourist attractions of Vichy (Golf, horse show, racecourse, water stadium, parks, spa center etc.), you can spend a quiet and relaxing .
At about 1/2 hour from the Bourbon mountains, you can visit various natural sites of beauty like the plateau of the lodges of the guards, the water of Saint-Clément, the cascade of the Pisserotte, but also enjoy the many hiking trails with enchanting surroundings and exceptional panoramas.

Wonderful property with beautiful garden
We stayed here in lovely hot weather in August to be close to Parc Omnisport where my husband was competing in a tournament. We loved the house - very spacious and clean with an amazing garden and friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect stay in Nathalie's house.
Was a very good stay in Vichy, all what is necessary for a good holiday in the neighbourhood. Only one advice given; Place airconditioners in the house please; it will be hotter every year in the mid of Europe!

Lovely Accommodation
Everything upon arrival was very well explained. Nathalie is a perfect, friendly host. The house is modern, clean and very comfortably equiped. Lovey quiet garden. Located in a nice area just outside Vichy. Which is a beautiful place with parks, shops, recreation areas around the river and of course the Spa. The only thing is you need to be a keen cyclist to get up the hill coming back from town.

Grande villa avec grand jardin dans un lieu très calme mais à 5mn en voiture de tous les commerces. Séjour de15 jours. Ville très agréable mais malheureusement en gros travaux partout. Quel dommage il faudra revenir 😊 Plus: Accueil cordial. Propreté impeccable. Décoration agréable. Très bien équipé. Literie de qualité. Beaucoup de produits d’entretien fournis même si le ménage est inclu dans le prix. Moins: wifi très faible à l’étage (chambres) il manque un répéteur. Chaleur presque insupportable la nuit dans les chambres sous le toit par des journées caniculaires. Un ventilateur sur pied a été fourni mais peu pratique à déplacer. Il manquait un balai standard et le balai serpillère ne pouvais être essoré dans le seau Le linge de lit et de toilette n’est pas fourni gratuitement d’office même pour 15 jours. Prévoir un petit supplément pour la location.

Super séjour La maison est super propre et une déco des plus soignée . On s’y sent super bien Du terrain et une terrasse . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui superbe et conforme aux photos. Le calme à deux pas de Vichy. La propriétaire a été arrangeante pour notre arrivée et départ. Que du positif rien à dire et si je dois revenir à Vichy je reviendrai dans cette maison.

Grosses Ferien-Haus mit wunderbarem Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem gepflegten Quartier. Die Fotos und Beschreibung halten, was sie versprechen. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Vichy und in die Umgebung - oder zum entspannen auf der Terrasse und im gepflegten Garten. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Vermieterin vor Anreise und herzlicher Empfang durch die Eltern vor Ort. Herzlichen Dank - wir haben unsere Kurzferien genossen!

A spacious house for family get together
This house was ideal for our family of five—all adults. It was the perfect base to relax around the house and in the garden while also exploring the city of Vichy. Natahalie and family were really friendly and helpful, making our holiday a very special time.

Maison très agréable, de tout confort, très bien équipée avec grand jardin. Nous avons même vu à plusieurs reprises des chevreuils ! La campagne à 2 pas de la ville. Hôte charmante et arrangeante ainsi que ses parents qui habitent à côté. Tous les produits de première nécessité avaient été mis à notre disposition.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est très bien située, calme et dans un cadre verdoyant.
