If you like a very secluded, built on the side of a mountain and living in the trees. You will love this place ! ! ! It was completed in 2019. Has 2/2 on the top two floors and a 1/1 living quarters on the bottom floor. I also have a home on Big Pine Key which I have a vacation rental. This vacation home was built with the experience of my keys home. The home is moderately furnished and is equipped with nearly everything. The location makes it near everything in the area. The only thing you hear at this property is nature.

This was our first time to Bryson City for the Polar Express train ride. The cabin is nicely located just out of town. It’s secluded and quiet. Bob is the absolute best host. So helpful, kind and genuine. The cabin is very well stocked with waters, juice, coffee and even breakfast sandwiches, . Upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine and doughnuts for the kiddos. There were detailed instructions on how to operate the AC/heaters, fireplace and hot tub. I’ve stayed many places where no instructions were provided and it his very frustrating to have amenities and not be able to use them. We can’t wait to come back.

New construction... Clean
Long flight of stairs to climb to get into cabin.... Didn’t realize that when renting... had to carry heavy suitcase up and groceries up. Was a little difficult.
Owner was staying in downstairs apartment while we were staying upstairs... not as private as we would have liked.... But all in all not a bad experience
This was our first property we stayed at using Vrbo and it was simply amazing! We stayed at this cabin for our 1st wedding anniversary. The cabin was A+++++ and very modern! The location was perfect between Cherokee and Bryson City but was very private and secluded. Bob is an excellent owner and answered all our questions we had. Bob provided a bottle of wine, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. We are already talking about our next stay at this cabin! You will not be disappointed!
The house was just beautiful. Very private. It was a weekend get away for me and my husband. Bob the host was great. There was breakfast biscuits in the freezer for us. Waters and wine. The hot tub was ready when we first got to there, which was great after our 2 hour drive and a long work week. I would definitely stay again and we are already looking at dates to go back.

Why they chose this property
Directly five miles between Bryson City and the city of Cherokee, not only close to everything, but you're completely secluded at the end of Luftee Lake Rd. Overlooking Luftee Lake up an 80 ft. driveway. This house is perfect for tourists coming into town to gamble, raft, fish, or just take in the beautiful countryside.
