The private domain of Coudoulière is located along the coast with large green areas, 2 lakes and a pine forest.
It has an exceptional pool area with Olympic pool, paddling pool, slide, jacuzzi, 6 tennis courts, mini-golf, volleyball, bowls, ping-pong, table football, playgrounds for children, tree climbing for adults and the little ones.

RENTAL RATE:
Low season - except school holidays, except June - July - August - September: 380 € the week
Mid season: June, September, Easter and Toussaint school holidays - Pont de l'Ascension: 500 € per week
High season: July, August: 750 € the week
Negotiation possible for booking for 2 weeks and more.
Apartment already booked the last week of July and the first 3 weeks of August.

Terms of booking:
Deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay to block the reservation + check deposit of 500 euros not cashed and returned at the end of the stay or returned by mail).
The balance of the rental will be paid 15 days before entering the premises.
Entry in the premises between 15h and 19h - Departure until 11h.
