Pretty little house in the countryside renovated in a farmhouse near Disney with all the comforts for your stay, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a toilet, upstairs 2 bedrooms (new bedding), a bathroom with shower, in the attic, another large room access by a retractable staircase in quite steep aluminum (recommended at least 12 years).
You can park your vehicle in a closed courtyard.

Warm, welcoming and fabulous.
This was our first time staying here and it won't be our last. It's a fabulous location and is you pay the £2 toll then only 11 min from Disney. Traffic can be a bit busy the non toll route. With Super U minutes away you have everything you need. With the hosts on site it was never an issue. We felt welcomed and art ease.

Paris Sightseeing & Disneyland trip
A great base for a family of 4 if you have a car. We got the train from Esbly (free parking at the station) into Paris (30mins) for sightseeing, followed by 2 days at Disneyland Paris (15min drive). There is a SuperU within 5mins rive and Sylvie & Rudi are great hosts. Their gite is exactly as writtwn,

Holiday stay
We were made very welcome by Sylvie & Rudi. House was lovely and clean. Ideal holiday accommodation. You do need a car to get around though. Also not suitable for a disabled person because the stairs are quite steep. If you have a car, this holiday place is only a few minutes drive away from Disneyland. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely Montpichet
We were looking for a base for our first visit to Disneyland and to take our young girls to Paris. We found the perfect spot and property here. Sylvie and Rudi were fabulous hosts and looked after us so well. We flew into Beauvais which is c. 1hr40mins drive. We were only c. 10 mins from the Disney parks and around an hour by train to the Eiffel Tower. The local area, like the park in Quincy Voisin and some lovely cafes and restaurants in Crecy la Chapelle (Chez Angelo, Kota'Cote, Cote Asia and of course Creperie de Crecy) is beautiful. And of course there are plenty boulangerie locally, one close by in Bouleurs and another in Quincy. All in all we absolutely loved our trip, obviously Disneyland Paris was the hightlight but our stay was all the more enjoyable for staying here.

A house with everything you might need and more...
The property is well located in a nice, cozy, small village and a good thing is it's gated all around. You get a remote to operate the gate at your leisure and the house itself is overly complete. The bedrooms are nice and the bathroom is complete, clean and of a good size. There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and a heated towel rack. Kitchen is also complete and the living and dining area are fine. The TV is of a good size, so watching a movie is no problem at all. There are enough shops around locally, where you can get pretty much anything you need within just a short drive and a supermarket a bit further away. The highway is a couple of minutes away and from there you can zoom to anywhere, including Disney. From there you can also take the train. When you stay at this house there is not a lot left you could ask for. Just maybe an HDMI-cable to connect your laptop to the TV and that was provided within no time at all by the very nice couple, who own and rent this place out.

Fantastisch huis van alles voorzien
Wij hebben hier vier nachten doorgebracht met ons gezin met vier kinderen in de leeftijd 5 tot 18.We zijn drie dagen bij Disney geweest en daar oud en nieuw gevierd. Het huis is erg compleet en schoon. Rudy en Sylvie hebben ons gastvrij ontvangen en hebben aan alles gedacht. De zolder is bereikbaar met een vlizotrap (waardoor het naar beneden lopen om gebruik te maken van de wc in de nacht iets lastiger werd), maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. We hebben het geweldig gehad....We raden deze accomodatie zeker aan!Het huis was heel

Super Ferienhaus für Ausflüge ins Disneyland
Der Empfang war super, wir durften sogar 2 Stunden eher ins Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um das Disneyland oder Paris zu besuchen.

Die Vorgaben lassen nur Bewertungen für alle Punkte zu. Wir haben es aus privaten Gründen nicht geschafft tatsächlich Urlaub bei Sylvie zu machen. Der Kontakt war aber sehr freundlich und die Gastgeber waren rundum sehr bemüht unseren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Ich hoffe, dass wir im kommenden Jahr bei Sylvie ein paar Urlaubstage verbringen können.

Schönes gelegenes Ferienhaua
Sehr schöne Unterkunft!! Sehr gut gelegen um Ausflüge ins Disneyland zu machen oder nach Paris direkt. Bus fährt einen Ort weiter los und man ist in 15 Minuten bei Disney bzw beim Zug um nach Paris rein zu fahren. Wir haben im Haus die Matratzen vom Dachgeschoss runter getan und neben das Doppelbett für unsere Kinder gelegt. Das 3 Zimmer ist nämlich unter dem Dach und nur mit einer Alu Klappleiter zu erreichen. Da die Toilette unten im EG ist, ist es schwierig nachts die Treppe runter zu gehen, wenn die Leiter offen ist!! Denn diese versperrt den Weg. Aber ansonsten ist alles super schön, alles da was man braucht!! Vielen Dank an Rudi und seine Frau. Tolle Gastgeber

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, kurzer Weg ins Disneyland. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben wertvolle Informationen. Leider stand in der Anzeige nicht, das sich das dritte Zimmer auf dem Dachboden befand, das nur über eine ausziehbare Stiege zu erreichen war. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber als Info wäre es schon sinnvoll gewesen.

Wir waren zwei Familien insgesamt 5 Erwachsene Personen und zwei Kinder ( 3 und 6 Jahre) Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Auf dem Tisch im Wohnzimmer haben wir eine Flasche Wein zu Begrüßung vorgefunden, die wir dann gemütlich am Abend genießen konnten 😉 Sylvie und Rudi haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben und erklärt wie wir mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Disneyland und nach Paris kommen. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Ausgangslage.👍 Wir haben uns zum Teil selbstverpflegt, auf Anfrage hat uns Rudi ein Grill zur Verfügung gestellt und uns sogar mit frischen Gemüse aus ihrem Garten verköstigt 😋 Die Betten in der Unterkunft sind sehr bequem wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Morgens wird es etwas lauter durch den Verkehr an der Hauptstraße die direkt am Haus verläuft aber wir haben uns recht schnell daran gewöhnt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten uns wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke Sylvie und Rudi

Ein sehr schönes eingerichtetes 3 Zimmer Haus. Unten im Erdgeschoß Wohnzimmer,Küche und Klo. 1 Etage Großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett daneben Kinderschlafzimmer mit 2 Einzel Betten und Bad. Unterm Dach noch ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine 4 Kochplatten, Backofen. Filterkaffe Maschine, Kapsel Maschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Oben im Bad sogar noch eine Waschmaschine. Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Es hat in der nähe MC Donalds, Tankstelle und Supermarkt. Alles mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. In so ca 10 Minuten Lidl und Aldi. Disneyland auch so in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto. Ein sehr Freundliches und nettes Ehepaar. Wir wurden sehr nett und Freundlich Empfangen und auch Verabschiedet. Vielen Lieben Dank Liebe und Herzliche Grüße Familie Huber

Herzlich und Willkommen
Sehr nette Gastgeber (Liebe Grüße) und eine tolle Bleibe, 15 Minuten von Disneyland Paris entfernt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Wer es braucht: Mc Donalds auch. 🤣😊 Nach den Burgern im DL brauchten wir das aber nicht mehr. 😉 Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Couch und sehr schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Ideal für 4 Personen, etwas ungewöhnlich mit Dachbodenleiter auch mit 6 Personen machbar (unsere großen Mädels haben da geschlafen). Ist dann aber etwas Behelf, da die Leiter ausgefahren doch schon etwas im Weg steht. Aber so ist es auch ein schönes Abenteuer. das Gesamtpaket hat einfach überzeugt 👍 Wenn wir noch mal ohne Wohnwagen nach Paris wollen, dann wissen wir schon jetzt, wo wir einkehren werden. 😃 Buchen. Hinfahren. Wohlfühlen. ❤️🇫🇷❤️

Alles bestens
Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und es wurde alles sehr ausführlich erklärt. Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Rudi und Sylvie kümmerten sich um alles was man an Fragen hatte. Disney nur 10min entfernt Supermarkt und Restaurants auch in 3km Entfernung vorhanden. Bei so netten Vermietern muss man wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Tolle Vermieter, schönes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Gastgeber Sylvie und Rudi sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sie sprechen beide neben französisch auch englisch und Rudi spricht deutsch. Wir haben viele nützliche Tipps und Informationen während unseres Aufenthaltes von ihnen erhalten. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas ländlich, in der Nähe eines großen Supermarktes und mehrerer Ortschaften. Alles ist mit dem Auto schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir auch im Disneyland, Sylvie hatte uns im Vorfeld darüber informiert, dass die Tickets aktuell nur im voraus online erworben werden können. Es gibt keinen Ticketverkauf vor Ort! Dies zur Info, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden. Es gibt tolle Freizeitaktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung und auch schöne Spielplätze (zwischen 10 bis 30 Autominuten). Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus sowie Sylvie und Rudi nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Super nette Vermieter
Die Vermieter waren super nett und zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar. Für alle Fragen standen sie zu Verfügung. Toll war die Kommunikation da sie deutsch und englisch sprechen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und leicht zu finden. Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden. Es war sehr heiß deshalb wären Ventilatoren für die Zimmer wünschenswert.
