This loft has a private entrance. Loft entrance is in the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot and loft entrance is up the back wooden steps.

Other things to note
Our loft is located on the second floor. Only 26 steps up to the Bordertown Loft.

During warmer weather months, there several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11pm.

This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed ceiling beams and lots of character throughout.

We have several fitness centers nearby that offer daily rates.

This place is amazing.

Pictures are spot on. Place was so clean and beautiful. We could have just brought our clothes. Fully equiped with anything we needed and then some. Just walk down the stairs to shops, food and drinks. Everyone was wonderful. Might have to visit here again.

Beautiful Place, great owner

Let me just say, Karen hits a home run with this place. Her communication is unmatched and the place is an absolute gem. My only negative comment is location (for me). It is right on state street and motorcycles (90% Harley’s) come through at all hours and it’s simply a function of a loud motorcycle basically riding in a “canyon”. But if you like to be in the mix near the hotspots of Bristol, this is 100% your place to be

So comfortable!!!

We are beyond impressed with the comfort and beauty of this loft and the attention to detail of everything that we could have needed. The furniture and bedding are so cozy and we slept very well. The kitchen was perfect and stocked better than any other VRBO I have ever stayed at before. If we ever return to Bristol, we will definitely stay here again. We rate it 10/10!!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. The loft was beautiful and the hostess had everything you could possibly want. The town of Bristol was also very nice and the shops downtown had a little something for every taste. Will definitely be staying again. We attended the NASCAR races and the location was perfect we were back to the loft within 20 minutes once race was complete.

Excellent Place to Stay

This rental deserves more than 5 stars. The space is impeccably clean, fresh and up-to-date. As nice as the pictures look, in person the loft is even more impressive with the exposed brick walls, high ceilings and big windows overlooking State Street. The furnishings are stylish yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is in excellent working condition. The hosts have provided everything needed for a relaxing stay and included many additional conveniences like multiple charging stations and even umbrellas in case it rains. The hosts were friendly, attentive and responsive. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning.

Just like home

We have stayed with Karen at this property before and as usual, it was an awesome weekend. Our son attends King College in Bristol and so when we visit, we try to stay in this unit. It has become just like home. This weekend, I cooked for my son and some of his team mates - the kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need. The space is always clean and the furnishings are well kept and up to date. You can literally walk right in and feel like you are at home. Thanks Karen for always being so accommodating to our needs and conscientious of the upkeep of your property.

Great location, easy access to food, entertainment, and more!

We stayed for a few days while we closed on and moved into a house nearby. We loved the location (right on the heart state street) and were very happy with the apartment itself. We loved the renovations and restoration that had taken place. The apartment felt very welcoming and relaxing. We will definitely be recommending it as an option for overflow guests when we have a full house!

FABULOUS!

When I first saw the pictures of the Loft on the site, I was struck by how comfortable and contemporary everything looked. I knew we would enjoy the location, and we weren't disappointed. All of the little things you take for granted when you're at your own home were provided. Karen even left a couple of beers in the refrigerator! We've already talked about visiting Bristol again, and we know where we will be staying!

Karen was as awesome host with a beautiful property that made a difficult weekend much better.

We were leaving our oldest at college for the first year and so it was a transition. The property was “just like being at home”. Everything we needed was there, it was very clean and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return.

Family Race Weekend

The loft was everything pictured and more! Karen and Monica thought of everything to make the space feel like home. Immaculate and plenty of room for our family of 3 to spread out. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was fully stocked including spices and a few snacks and refreshments which was great after our long drive into Bristol . Location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, mini mart and 20min ride to the speedway. Couldn't ask for more. We will highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Christmas on State St.

This is my second stay in this beautiful loft. As expected, everything was perfect, right down to the little Christmas tree! We made dinner for our extended family on Christmas Eve and every kitchen item we needed was readily available. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out, which is important with adult children. My husband already asked if we’ll be staying there again next Christmas.

Not sure you could convince me that there’s a nicer place to stay in downtown Bristol. Loft is beautifully done and immaculately clean. Hosts went above and beyond to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful touches of hospitality. Great neighborhood, lots of food, drinks and shopping options directly on the streets below. Gorgeous Loft!

Check in was no contact and so very easy! Upon entering the loft I was amazed at how clean and gorgeous the accommodations were! They paid attention to every detail, from toiletries, to drinks and snacks! It's located in a central location and I could hear awesome live music until about 11pm, it was wonderful! Don't hesitate to book, do it now!
