Welcome to our beautiful home in a tranquil beachfront setting on an idyllic bay in Sechelt Inlet.

We are a scenic 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay (West Vancouver) to Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast, followed by a short 25 minute drive to Sechelt. Everything you need is in downtown Sechelt including shopping, dining, hospital, aquatic centre, sea plane tours, and more.

Our cottage is located 9km north of Sechelt in the village of Tuwanek. A paddler’s and diver's paradise!

Relaxing and Cozy

We had a very relaxing stay. The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you might need. The owners were very responsive. The neighbourhood is very quiet and laid back. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Summer family vacation

We had a great family vacation with our 4 adult children. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed morning coffees and meals on the deck as the view is amazing! Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly to answer any questions. We knew there was no ac but being the hottest week of the summer, so far, ac would have been great. Even a portable unit in the master would help. But the downstairs was always comfortable, even when it got hot! Kyacks/paddle boards, are a must, the water is always calm! A lovely home!!

Summer Getaway in Tuwanek

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Alison's cabin. The location is as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. Everything that you would need for your vacation is available to you. The hosts were easy to contact and responded promptly. There were bears in the area (we didn't see any) so we had to be extra careful with our garbage and organics. We did see a Coyote on the property and lots of geese. There were also a few hummingbirds hanging around! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to spend some time on the Sunshine Coast! Janet & Dan (Coquitlam, BC)

Outstanding getaway in BC's paradise

Our 3 generation family, plus two Frenchies, had the best time at this perfectly located home. Inside and out was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Lots of stairs that kept us in shape, with a securely gated wrap-around deck to keep the pups from running off. The inside is beautifully decorated and has breathtaking views of the inlet from both levels of the home, with outstanding sunsets. The water was refreshing, calm and clean, with a sloping soft rock beach ~ perfect for a swim, a dog walk, or a paddle. The perfect getaway from the busy everyday, and we can't wait to return! This place was. ABSOLUTELY perfect. Great location tucked away in an inlet so waters were warm and calm. Short drive if you forgot something. Owners were brilliant and on-call if you had questions.

An absolute gem of a place

Great getaway, a lovely spot

We had a super family break in this cottage. It was exactly as advertised, with the views in fact being even better in person! Paul and Alison did everything they could to make this a great trip, their communication both before and during our stay was spot on. Also an excellent spot for kayaking, plus a notable mention for nearby Hidden Grove.

Lovely cottage for a family

We stayed here for a week and it was great! We traveled with 2 kids and 4 adults, there was plenty of space for all of us. Being right on Lamb Bay was a real treat. The kids swarm in the clear warm water every day - it was their biggest highlight! Paul was great to chat with, check-in and check-out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, great for kayaking.

Lovely home in a beautiful location! We enjoyed kayaking in the calm waters and paddling around the nearby islands. Our only criticisms are that the laundry facilities weren’t available and garbage removal was our responsibility.
