Just 5 minutes driving from downtown , 8 minutes to a very exclusive golf course and 5 more to the beach this place is excellent for any type of travelers!

This spacious house features 3 very comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds and a full bathroom.

The exquisitely decorated and cozy living area includes a huge couch and a dining set that offers an amazing view directly to the pool and the Sea of Cortés from the rooftop.

Sliding doors take you outside the like backyard where you can enjoy every day sunsets .

The kitchen fully equipped with a breakfast bar with an open concept give you the experience of relaxing days by the beach .

Enjoy the Clubhouse just steps for the backyard with an amazing pool , lounge area, gym and a TV room with resting furniture to share a margarita , a beer or a coffee in company of the love ones .

Great week in Cabo

This house was beautiful from furnishings to the view!!! Close to downtown Cabo and Medano beach. Cristiana (property manager) was awesome and accommodating.

A great home base for a Cabo visit

With 3 bedrooms (all with full bathrooms), a backyard, master bedroom balcony and rooftop sitting area, this is an ideal home base for a Cabo visit. Both Soriana (24 hour groceries) and Costco a short walk away, very convenient. The gym and pool were hardly used, almost like having your own. Kitchen was decently stocked though we could not use the gas BBQ which was disappointing. Washer and dryer really great especially for a longer stay. Location is a short Uber ride to Cabo or any of the beaches on the Corridor. Not a walkable location though. Rooftop has great sunrise and sunset views but the new Soriana blocks the view of the Arch. Quiet and roomy. Safe. Close enough to everything without being in the midst of it all. If that’s what you are looking for, I recommend this place!

Incredible view in a nice peaceful well located property

This property has an incredible view of the Arch from the master bedroom. The pool is located just steps out of the back door. The property is well located near Costco--near enough to go do anything in town or hit beaches like Playa Santa Maria or Playa Chileno Bay but away from the busy marina area. Christina was great with check-in. Even with the property being close to the main road it is elevated so you almost hear zero road noise even at the pool. The only way you will get a better view of the arch is by staying at a must more expensive resort. The place itself is multi-story with plenty of space along with 3 beds and 3 and a half baths. It is very modern, clean and well equipped. Ample parking for two vehicles and the patio area itself is lush and great to sit in and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location & property is amazing!

I celebrated my 42nd birthday here with my partner and friends. Our property manager, Ana, was amazing. She was there at check-in and immediately available if I had any questions or concerns. The attendants at the property were all also very friendly and knowledgeable. The space is just as pictured; as a matter of fact, it’s way more spacious and gorgeous in person. There was ample space for me and my 3 friends and no one felt crowded or cramped. The AC’s in every room worked amazingly. Everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, spices, cleaning products and even masks for when we went out. It was beyond clean except for a few little ants on the counter in the kitchen but we made sure to disinfect every day. It’s normal for a place so saturated by nature. The mattresses were all a bit extra firm but we made it work. I’d suggest bringing your own washcloths because there was only 1 in the house. Everything else was provided - beach towels and beach umbrella included. There’s also a rooftop area not pictured but there’s nothing up there. It’s amazing to see the sunrise and set in the evening though. The pool is RIGHT outside the patio door along with a clubhouse and a gym that my BF used daily. There is construction going on for the condo buildings next door but we didn’t hear any of that noise and they literally worked late into the night. So it wasn’t an issue at all. It was just literally perfect. It’s very close to the downtown area and the marina. Nothing was more than a $5 Uber ride away. We did have to take a short 2 minute walk to the front gate to get a ride but that was nothing. Costco is literally across the street (walking distance) and Walmart is about 4 minutes car ride down the road. They gave great discounts on excursions at 50% off. We were also able to get our Covid tests to return home to the US in the downtown area for only $25 USD and got the results in less than 20 mins along with a certificate for the airlines, just in case anyone may need that info. Overall, we had an amazing time and I can’t wait to return. Cabo was better spent at this exact condo and I’ll be staying here every trip :)
