Summer Salt is located within a short 3-minute walk to the beach and has stunning ocean views!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor has a large open living area with amazing views. This house is very spacious. The elevator makes this house handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Amazing Beach Vacation to Wrap up the Summer!

Nothing but great things to say about our stay here. The spaciousness, the pool, and a 3 min walk to the beach?! Our family had a wonderful time. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was stacked with enough dishes for 10+ people. We swam and grilled, and walked to the beach daily. We also took a very cool 4 hour fishing charter and caught plenty of fish to take home (they cleaned and packaged it for us!). Only thing I’d recommend is extra towels and beach towels (may have missed it). We will definitely come back for another visit!

Very comfortable accommodations. Plenty for the children to do.

The property was very nice. Just wish there had been better access to the back of house to get to the pool but I noticed most of the properties on our street were like this. Other than that, everything was fine.

Wonderful!

The house is excellent location. Super close walk to beach- Right on the ramp entrance. The house was clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Beware- bring your own beach towels- I didn't read that part and had to buy some in the island. The pool is fantastic. The pool is only accessible through the ground floor and outside of the home which was a bonus for us since we had little ones- that made me feel safer. The elevator was great. Beach chairs were corroded but already notified the property manager. Overall a great stay!

Great house and easy access to the beach! Property manager is very prompt and responsive! We had a minor electrical issue on Sunday morning and they had an electrician out to handle it very promptly! Highly recommend!

Okay but somewhat disappointing for price

This house needs better furniture for the sitting areas. The couch and chairs are not comfortable and very cheap. The TVs need cable boxes for every tv. The main living room had no tv cable box. Towels were provided but we only had one per person for a week stay. Also, the bedrooms need nightstands on both sides of the bed with better lamps. For the amount of money paid for our stay and a new house, I expected better quality. One more thing, the golf carts were a wonderful addition. However, the blue house to the right of the public beach access fussed at us and said neither side of the beach access allowed parking. I’m not sure where you are suppose to park when you go to the beach.

Holden Beach stay was awesome.

The house was everything we wanted and more. Beach access was right down our street. The pool was amazing. We all slept well, and the kitchen was fully stacked with solid and clean cookware and utensils. Stellar Beach Realty was highly responsive and supportive throughout our stay with random questions. Thank you very much, we definitely needed the break.

Relaxing and convenient!!

What a wonderful house! We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the house and were super happy with the cleanliness and overall accommodations. The pictures really don't do this house justice with how nice and spacious it is. We had 13 total people with us. We had 4 couples, 2 teens and 3 kids ages 2, 3 and 6. There was plenty of room for everyone, smart tv's in all of the rooms and every room had it's own bathroom. Bonus that I didn't know about or maybe missed originally is that there is also a stand alone bathroom on the lower level with the pool table which is convenient for late night hangouts in that room and not having to disturb someone who may be sleeping in the rooms. The access to the golf carts was a great addition!! We used them every day to head down to the other end of the island (about 3 miles away) to go to the local store, or to the playground for the kids, and a couple nights to get ice cream. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the fresh air while riding around. Another bonus I wasn't aware of is that there is an ice maker on the lower level where the pool table is which is great when you have so many people in the house. We would fill up a bowl and keep it in the freezer up in the kitchen so we always had enough ice and weren't relying on just the refrigerator making the ice itself and having to buy bags of ice each day. It's little stuff like this that lets you forget about the small stuff and just relax! Speaking of the kitchen, wow, it was stocked with absolutely everything you could need. We cooked multiple times per day with ease! The pool was so nice and so clean. The out back area was convenient as well with the outdoor shower and places to hose off the sand from the beach. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and stools around the outdoor bar for everyone. The one warning I will give is to bring bug spray and something to keep fly's away. *To the owners, 3 suggestions: 1. Put pavers at the bottom of the steps. If going from the house to out back barefoot, those rocks hurt! 2. I suggest finding a way to eliminate some mosquito's (on the decks) and flies (especially by the pool), they got crazy some days and chased us in. 3. Lastly, it would be nice to be able to go from inside the house to out back without having to go out front (especially from the kitchen to grill when raining). Maybe a set of steps from the lower back deck? Overall, We LOVED staying there and will definitely be back again. 5 Stars!

Great house; great location, perfect getaway during quarantine summer!

This house looks great in the online listing; it is even better than expected in real life! New construction with many thoughtful details. Top level has well equipped kitchen, great room, and two king bedrooms with private baths. 2nd level has 3 more bedrooms (2 king, one bunk with 4 beds) and each of those has a private bath, plus a half bath off the additional living space. This level seems to be designed to be "hang out" central of the house, with a small bar area, minifridge, ice maker, pool table, and the majority of the outdoor furniture on the porch on this level. We tended to hang out on the 3rd floor, but I can see people using the house differently! The house also came with a golf cart (fun, but not really necessary for our group), and lots of beach chairs. Elevator was seldom used but very handy when arriving and departing to send all the luggage down! The pool area was wonderful - we did have some louder neighbors with lots of little kids but we just timed our beach and pool time around theirs to minimize the noise in the backyard. The pool patio provides lots of shady, sheltered spots as well as morning direct sun. This house has porches all over the place and lots of places to enjoy the outside views and fresh air. We loved the house and the location was perfect; the beach access was just across the street at the end of the road. Holden Beach itself is pretty quiet; people were very respectful of each other generally and it was easy to maintain distance for our group and to enjoy our time swimming, sunning, and fishing. We cooked in several nights and also ate in some local restaurants, outside, on the deck. Perfect getaway! Highly recommend and hope we can return.
