On the picturesque SPT Waterfront! Beautiful Pool & Private Beach!

Located on the historic, picturesque Southport Waterfront you'll enjoy a well appointed space with amenities that include a galley kitchen, shower/tub combo, Wifi & full Cable TV, and streaming. The unit also features a small balcony with views of the Cape Fear River and guest pool. We also have a huge deck with lots of tables and chairs, swings, and local bands come and play there on Thursday nights in the summer with beautiful views all around! And if that's not enough, we also have a small, private beach by the pool that's great for fishing or just enjoying the spectacular views. Covered parking is available within steps of the elevator. The space includes a dining table and a well-stocked kitchen should you choose to cook during your stay.

Perfect stay in Southport

We truly enjoyed the condo. It has everything you look for in a stress free visit to Southport - cleanliness, location to downtown, well stocked kitchen, side view to pool and ocean and comfortable bed. Couple Getaway

My husband and I went to Southport for a couples weekend and the location was perfect. We rented a golf cart and had a blast. Stephanie was available when a small issue came up and everything was resolved within minutes. The location is on the first floor of a three story building and the view is the parking lot. However, walk out the door and see the water.

We found the place to be just as expected on the vrbo site. It was a little further than I anticipated from Southport but the short car ride didn’t bother us any. Loved the fact we had a pool and private beach access. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and everything was so fitting for our stay. From a beautiful note left welcoming us, snacks, clean room and wonderful staff. The communication with Ruth is unbelievably great, definitely recommend.

Such a great little spot in Southport. We loved the pool, small beach area, private outdoor patio and being able to cook in the room each night. Super easy to access the rental and communication with the owner was great! Recommend this stay for a beach weekend in NC!

I, myself, love to travel and experience new places and people. When I travel I look for an experience that gives me a new experience of that place, but has all the feels of home and I want to offer my guests that same memorable experience that all travelers deserve. I'm a NC native. I grew up in a small town just west of Charlotte where my parents still live. I am a proud alumna of the Univ. of Tennessee and I love my Vols, and I currently split my time between Greensboro and Southport!

Why they chose this property

There's nothing else quite like it in Southport! The whole property is new a new concept for Southport (started in 2019 and the 3rd and final building was completed in the Fall of 2024). Located right on the Cape Fear River with a waterfront swimming pool--something no other property in Southport has to offer! It's in walking distance, biking distance, or golf cart riding distance --whichever you prefer--to downtown Southport and all the great shops and restaurants. The property boasts great sunrise views to the east and sunset views to the west! Where else can you get both in the same location?? EsCape to Cape, THAT's where!
