"Imagine That", our stunning, new 4 BR/3Ba luxury ocean block condo on 125th and Assawoman Drive in North Ocean City is a perfect vacation retreat for a family or group of friends, with capacity of up to 12 people (8 adults maximum). This newly constructed, boutique 7-unit building with outdoor pool and shower is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Our unique, architecturally exciting building is the newest condo construction in OC, built in the desirable, family oriented northern part of Ocean City. Our family stays all the time and we consider this our personal retreat, one we love to share with people like you.

Our prime, corner unit has a modern, fresh, spacious layout and design with Ocean Views from almost every room. Outstanding features of this professionally decorated condo retreat include: 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around panoramic glass-railed balcony and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen. There are stunning weathered wood-grain floors, luxury showers, and a free-standing soaking tub. We have a variety of bedroom configurations with organizer closets. Ceiling fans ventilate each room. Make yourself a delicious cappuccino with our automated espresso/cappuccino maker or use the Keurig for your morning tea or coffee. Chill your wine, beer and soda in our dedicated temperature controlled wine fridge. Wash and dry your clothes in the dedicated laundry room wit full sized washer and dryer.

Smart Home features including a Studio high fidelity Alexa Echo, voice controlled roller shades, internet connected thermostat, door lock, and smart doorbell. USB charging station plugs are conveniently located all over the condo. Four large LG HD Smart TVs are available for your viewing. Walls are decorated with gallery photography. Two parking spots await you under the building as well as ample, free street parking.

Elevator access is right outside our door. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes (2) and beach toys, along with games, puzzles and great beach novels. We have it all here! While our location is on a quiet and quaint street right off the ocean, the best of Ocean City is within a 4-block radius of 125th Street: Dumser’s Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Tailchasers Restaurant & Dock Bar (Off the Hook Restaurant Group), Grottos Pizza, the Crab Factory, Abbey’s Burger Bistro, Starbucks, Montego Bay Shopping Center (with a full size grocery store and multiple restaurants) and so much more! We are located directly across to bayside and enjoy Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the pier and go crabbing or fishing. Take in a local baseball game there, explore one of the festivals, or watch the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. In the morning, join the large community of locals and vacationers who enjoy the designated bike/walking path on our quaint inside beach street that takes them to Fenwick and back.

Sheets, towels, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries are not provided. However, a linen service is available by request for a nominal fee.

Off season rentals are popular and are a minimum 2 night stay.

Fine Print: For your protection and ours, we only rent to families and adults. No senior week or other high school or college vacations at our location. The renter must be 25 or older and must be one of the occupants during the rental. Pets are prohibited (please note that if you have pet allergies, we cannot guarantee that there are no pet allergens). We have a close community in our 7 unit building and the building manager and other owners monitor for compliance with these rules (which are requirements throughout the building for renters). Security cameras are present outside units in the building (We have absolutely NO cameras in the unit). By our building rules, a rental will be terminated without refund if these rules are not strictly adhered to.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substance in the unit, balcony, or anywhere in the building -- the condo contains smoking sensors to detect. If detected, your rental agreement requires a $1000.00 amelioration fee.
