Fantastic views from the lanai, tastefully decorated, top corner, end unit, 2 bed, 2 bath, brand new appliances, plenty of cabinet space, great room consists of the living-room and dining area with, french doors opening to the lanai. The master bedroom contains a large bedroom set and the master bath has dual sinks. The second bedroom is as spacious as the rest of the condo when considering storage or closet space. The large pool is inviting, screened, with under truss entertaining area, and an outside sun deck! You will have your own relaxing oasis just outside. The Spinnaker Condo is located inside Burnt Store Marina & Country Club, a very unique, friendly, and active community.

Location was the best!
We were disappointed the first day that communication was not good and we found that the unit was not exactly as advertised. We were expecting a king bed in the master. The bedroom TV was not working properly and later had problems with the Dish TV. There were no specific directions about either TV. Later we discovered the water pressure in the kitchen was low and the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy when it worked. The owners did not seem too interested in trying to resolve our complaints. We really liked the area and the view and the rooms were spacious. The decorating was pleasant overall but master bedroom and bath needed updating. However, price was reasonable! We would come back to this area if these issues were resolved. Thank you.
