3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front of the house. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Newly refinished heated saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The house also has a two stall garage for parking. Home away from home!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This was our family’s first trip to Sarasota. The house was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked so we could prepare meals and the proximity to Anna Maria Island was great. The enclosed pool was a perfect way to end the day for our kids.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Fabulous home

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! It is a spacious home with a very nice heated pool. Our kids loved the pool.the beachtoys where also very handy (beach chairs, beach umprella, toys, etc..). Chris is very friendly and helpful. We could definitely recommend this home!

Very nice place

This was a very nice place, about roughly 6 miles from nearest beach. Wish it would have been closer, but they to have a pool to cool things off.

This home was a very clean well maintained home. My wife and I wanted a place in the area of nearby friends and this home met all our expectations. The owner of the property was very attentive and immediately available when we add questions. We asked after arrival if there was a muffin pan somewhere in the kitchen and since there wasn’t, he bought a new one and brought it to the house within an hour of asking. We’d love to return to this home on our next trip to Bradenton!!

Perfect for my family

This house is just what my family needed for our long weekend away. It was spacious, clean and stacked with necessities including bottled water, coffee, creamer, seasonings, toiletries, hair dryers, beach equipment... In a very quiet neighborhood, which is a short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping and IMG Academy. We never drove more than 15 minutes and we had all we needed. The heated pool was great for my kids, even on chilly 60-degree days (brrr...). Chris was a great host who quickly responded to our questions and checked in daily via text. A bonus was the super easy checkout process. No housekeeping required... no stripping beds, putting garbage outside, putting dishes away or sweeping like we have experienced at other VRBOs. They instructed us to leave everything as is for the housekeepers, so all we had to do was pack up and go.

Perfect trip!

We had a late in the year family vacation at this lovely property! The check in/check out process was extremely easy. House was very easy to find, google maps took us right to it. Host was great at communicating and made everything super easy. Place was clean and had everything you could possibly need, toiletpaper, trashbags, even shampoo and conditioners, etc. Literally everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect and clean and being heated was nice too. Also having the garage with an opener was a HUGE plus!! Super convient. Also close to multiple beautiful beaches so you have ao many options! Such a beautiful, quiet, calm, clean neighborhood. Over all a fantastic experience and we will 100% book again!

Excellent House and Pool!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was a perfect home for us to enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for our 19-month old taking naps in the day and early bed time. The pool was great to keep us entertained and help with a low key vacation. The indoor and outdoor space was great for eating, which allowed us to host dinner with Papa and Nana who are local. The home was very clean, the bedding and towels were clean, the pool was pristine. While we brought our own, Chris did offer a pack n play and high chair for us too! The home was stocked with the necessities including dish soap, paper towels and toiletries. Excellent, excellent hosts. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Bradenton. Thank you for offering such a beautiful home to allow us to enjoy our time away!

Best Place Ever

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in many states and this was the best home we have ever rented. The house was in a safe and good location in a great city with the bonus of a salt water pool which my wife really wanted! The easily accessible attached garage was greatly appreciated. The hosts were attentive. Highly recommended and we hope to return!

I liked the location of the house, it is close to the beach, the place is comfortable and quiet. What I did not like is having to wait until 4 in the afternoon to occupy the house, especially since we traveled from far away and when we arrived we wanted to rest. For the rest, everything was excellent, we thank the owners for all the facilities that we enjoyed during our stay in Florida. Thank you so much.

Home was nice and clean and well stocked with dishes, coffee, bottled water, seasonings, etc. Owner checked on us to see if we needed anything. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. Pool was nice and they had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels available to use.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful and clean home. The salt water pool was amazing! Chris was very communicative with making sure our stay was going smoothly. Owners were beyond great with communication even checking in on us (via text) to make sure we were happy with everything. House was super clean and had everything we needed from cooking stuff to going to the beach. Family had a great time in the pool. Fantastic Family Vacation Home for Amazing Price

We were so lucky to have found this property was available during our spring break dates just 4 months ago when our initial place to stay (that we had booked since April 2022) was canceled due to circumstances out of our control. It's so hard to find anything good at a decent price in general for the dates we booked. Chris was super responsive when I inquired about reserving the property and understanding about coordinating with my parents who would be arriving before my family so that they could check in to the home. He even checked in a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly upon arrival. The home was everything in the listing and more. Well stocked with different sunscreens, shampoo, body wash, laundry soap etc. Chris was also super responsive when the dryer broke. He came over 20 minutes after we informed him, and then came back with a spare dryer once he discovered the part needed to fix the current dryer had to be ordered and wouldn't arrive for a few days. It felt like a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Coast vacation

We had a great time in a great location. Chris was great about communicating, he contacted early on our check-in day and followed up a couple times to make sure we were all set (he and Sherry put a lot of effort into their guests being happy). The house was spotless and stocked with everything from coffee to beach toys and towels (and a wagon if you need it to haul those things) down to sunscreen. My wife and I spent a fair amount of our flight back to up state NY figuring out when we will book our next vacation here. We are definitely planning for a longer stay. Thanks Chris ,you're a great host .
