New 2 bedroom appartement - sleeps up to 4 people
Our new renovated appartement in the center of Konstanz (Bodensee) has 2 double beds and a galerie under the ceiling. A historical building at 5 th floor with great rooms with a nice view . Lovated in the old town of Constance. Mind the stairs - even those arent the stairs to heaven, you do need to be able to climb them up. Kitchen and bathroom are all new renovated in 2022.New ooden floor and a roof top terrace which can be accesed through the galerie makes this a very exclusice and rare place in Konstanz.

My Alma mater University of Constance let me fall in love with this beautiful city. Having traveled a lot around the world I finally settled down at the lake And decided to buy this beautiful building with a long history.

Build in 1900 its a unique beauty - only survived war because people of Konstanz did not switch of their lights so they werent detected being part of Germany.
