Beautiful 3/2 Pool Home with Spa in quiet neighborhood!
Villa Rita is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with tiles in the main living areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and serving up to six people. An internet TV, without cable, is available in the living room, and a Roku streaming TV is located in the master bedroom, but there are no TVs in the guest bedrooms.
The pool is heated by an electric heater and maintained at a comfortable 86 degrees year-round. The spa can be heated on demand to 102 degrees for sessions lasting up to four hours at a time.
Parking is available in the garage for one car, with additional uncovered parking on the driveway.
Please note: Ensure the correct number of guests is entered. No more than 6 guests are allowed, and an additional fee applies for over 4 guests. Visitors are not allowed unless approved by the host. No get-togethers!
Pets may be permitted with prior approval and fee of $10/day. Please provide details about the kind, breed, age, and weight of your pet.
