It includes: a beautiful room of 12 m2 with a double bed, opening onto a small terrace; a large living room of 30 m2 with kitchen, sofa and an alcove that allow 1 or 2 additional beds; a bathroom; Separate WC; laundry.
Bay windows and patio doors facing south, with 2 private terraces: 4 m2 in front of the bedroom and 13 m2 in front of the living room.
You will find everything you need for your daily needs: fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, internet. Cupboards, shelves and storage.
Recent construction, ecological materials, excellent insulation.
Pellet stove, solar hot water (and electric only if clouds).
