About this property

Gîte de la Nugriere, in the Perche

We welcome you in this beautiful little cottage, located in the middle of meadows, surrounded by hedges, in the heart of the perch.
Unobstructed view of the castle of feugerets.
5min from Belleme and its forest, 45min from Le Mans and its famous circuit.

This cottage includes

        On the ground floor

* A lounge (tv with DVD player and DVD. Not yet connected to the antenna) with fireplace equipped with a wood stove (We provide enough to heat reasonably, the surplus will be at your expense).

* An equipped kitchen with dining area (baby highchair).
A microfiber dish towel will be provided.
What you make a coffee will be available.

* A bathroom bath wc (baby potty and bath recliner).
One microfiber bath towel per person will be provided.


Upstairs

* A large room with 4 beds 1pers.

* A room with 1 bed 2pers and 1 cot with baby bars.
Possibility of adding an umbrella bed.

The beds will be made upon arrival.


Outside

A garden furniture (stored in winter).
A barbecue.
A basketball hoop (foam balloon).



Possibility to rent bikes
5 € / day deposit 250 € / bike.
We have 1 MTB man, 1 MTB woman, 2 MTB teenager, 1 MTB child and 1 small bike with wheels.
It's up to you to plan the helmets.

Région super agréable, mais location très moyenne, Odeur nauséabonde d'égouts, affichage un peu trop directif, un peu trop de tapis pour hygiène ( allergie ) et cheminée en mauvaise état.

Séjour correct mais froid et odeur immonde.

3 adultes et 2 enfants. 2 nuits. Le gîte est bien situé et les environs sont superbes mais l'odeur des canalisations/fosse sceptique était horrible et permanente malgré le fait d'avoir bouché les syphons de tous les éviers/baignoire. Aussi, il a fait froid durant notre séjour et le salon était très froid si le poêle à bois n'était pas en marche car le vent et le froid s'engouffrent sous les deux portes d'entrée.

Très agréable séjour à la Nugrière

Le gîte est très bien placé, au calme avec une très belle vue sur le château des Feugerets. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir Bellême et sa région.

Gîte très chaleureux et très calme

Idéal pour décompresser, un très beau gîte tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. On s’y sent bien, l’ambiance est chaleureuse et cosy. La région est magnifique et pleine de belles découvertes. Merci à Sylvie qui est très à l’écoute et toujours prête à trouver des solutions si besoin.

Petit nid douillet en pleine verdure...

C'est un sans faute par rapport à ce que nous attendions. Petite maison isolée dans la verdure, avec une vue imprenable sur le Château des Feugerets ; propre et bien équipée, le lieu parfait pour déconnecter en famille et profiter d'un bon bol d'air. On peut même y faire des feux de cheminée... Merci a Sylvie pour sa souplesse et sa confiance !
