This beautiful brand new renovated apartment, features 2 bedroom with full closet space. First room has a queen bed, second room a full bed. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area that provides a full sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage and space to prepare a wonderful meal. Bus stop to NYC is only steps away, commute is between 20 to 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Exclusive laundry room available only for guests and private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Perfect location, just 17 minutes by bus to Porth Authority.

The property was super clean and in a great safe spot. Claudia, the property manager, was awesome—really responsive and helped us out with all our questions. There’s a bus right next to the building, the 125, that takes you to the Port Authority Bus Station every 30 minutes. It’s just 4 for adults one way, and kids under 12 ride free, while seniors 70 and up pay only 1.70. Plus, the Food Bazar next door is perfect for grabbing all the essentials. I travelled with my family with young kids and felt safe in this location. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Family trip

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a good break we had 2 teenagers at 17 and 15 and one had the second bedroom and one had the sofa bed which was easily big enough for him. The apartment is so handy for Manhattan and we used the bus across the street everyday whic was 4 each and takes about 15 mins. There is also a brilliant food supermarket thats a 5 minute walk and stocked everything you could need. Claudia was on hand at anytime and check I. Was so easy I would highly highly recommend this aperment to anyone

Appartamento a North Bergen NJ

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto che passano frequentemente e vicino a due market raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia suggerisco di fornire la cucina del materiale adeguato in quanto da regolamento viene richiesta la pulizia finale della cucina ma è stato difficoltoso svolgerla per carenza di materiale. Le camere da letto sono provviste di tappeti, sarebbe stato comodo avere l’aspirapolvere. (Purtroppo abbiamo trovato i tappeti molto impolverati ed è stato difficile pulirli con scopa e paletta anche solo per renderli accettabili). Per quanto riguarda il check-in c’è stato un disguido, quando siamo arrivati alle 18:30, il personale che si occupa delle pulizie aveva appena iniziato a pulire l’appartamento; pulizie che sono state terminate da noi perché il pavimento risultava ancora sporco. Nell’annuncio si parla di lavatrice e asciugatrice ma bisognerebbe specificare che questi elettrodomestici non si trovano all’interno dell’appartamento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, l’appartamento va benissimo per chi ha un budget contenuto e vuole visitare New York. L’host Claudia è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, i feedback che lascio vogliono essere costruttivi nell’ottica di migliorare il servizio offerto.

Beschreibung entspricht voll den Tatsachen

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus nach Manhattan klappt ab Haltestelle vor der Haustür bestens und somit ist die Wohnung eine gute Alternative zu einem teuren Hotel in Manhattan.

Schöne Unterkunft in New Jersey

Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Fenster sind US-Standard und aufgrund des Sommers waren Fenster-Klimaanlage eingebaut - und damit konnte der Straßenlärm noch leichter in die Wohnung dringen. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung an einer größeren Straße schon laut, dafür war die Bushaltestelle nach New York direkt vor der Tür - abhängig vom Verkehrsaufkommen (keine Unfälle) waren 25 bis 40 Minuten bis zum PABT erforderlich. Zur Begrüßung lagen schon Ohrenstöpsel auf dem Kopfkissen …

The apartment inside is clean! The building/property is not so clean. The elevator was loud and maybe it opened on the 5th floor, maybe not. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is one you pay to use on the property. The front door of the building was open, not secure. I paid for parking and someone kept parking in my spot. That made me nervous because I didn’t want the rental car towed.

Good, affordable location close to NYC

The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful - very clean and modernized. There were a few very minor issues, such as broken blinds and closet handles, but nothing that really bothered us at all. As for the some of the neighbors, there was a man screaming loudly for at least an hour one night, and several other occasions of excessive noise as well as people smoking in the hallways. This might be rather disconcerting for families with younger children. There is a very convenient bus stop directly across the street, one of the best grocery stores I've ever visited within a short walk, and lots of good restaurant choices nearby. If you're looking for a very nice, affordable way to visit NYC, and you don't mind a bus ride into the city each day, this is an excellent option.

Schönes Appartement zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 6 Nächte in diesem schönen Appartement verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber, so dass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat und wir nach einem Tagesausflug auch gerne abends zurückgekommen sind. Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Bilder der Wohnung sind absolut zutreffend. Die Verwalterin, Claudia, ist sehr gut erreichbar und beantwortet Anfragen sehr zügig. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ankunft mit Hinweisen zum Schlüsselerhalt usw. war super. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt - vielen Dank dafür! Direkt ggü. des Appartements ist die Bushaltestellte, die nach NW City fährt. Bus 125. Es lohnt sich, eine 10er Karte zu kaufen, wenn man den Bus öfters benutzen möchte. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Diner "Coach House" ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Wir empfehlen für Football-Fans, ein Spiel zu besuchen. Es lohnt sich total. Trotz schlechtem Wetter war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Appartement können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Fifth floor apartment in North Bergen

Us Hoosiers had a great time visiting NYC, while being able to stay in a more quiet town on the Jersey side. It was only about an 18-20 minutes drive into the city. Our apartment was very clean. A small personal garage was offered for our vehicle, however our suv was too big. But they were quick to offer and set up outdoor parking for us. Claudia was extremely prompt at replying to any and all messages. Self check out/check in made it quick and easy. We had no complaints from this property and want to thank Claudia for all her help.

It was a great time

The apartment was very nice, clean and great location. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The bus connection into the city was very good. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If we were to travel to New York again, we would always choose this apartment.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was our home for seven days. It was clean, warmly decorated, and very comfortable. It was also supplied with the necessities for our stay. It was convenient to the bus to the city and a grocery store that is close enough to walk to. The best part was the beds are so comfortable. So much so that we are purchasing the same mattress for our home!! And Claudia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We recommend this rental very highly!!

Recommended apartment for NewYork

Nice place to explore New York from. The bus leaves right across the street and a major supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is part of an apartment block that is not very appealing from the outside. It was clean and contained everything we needed. Communication with the landlady was smooth.

Really great place to stay if you wanna visit Manhattan, New York . A nice, clean and stylish home for 4 adults. Bus stop just in front of the building, which takes you to Bus Authority in just a few stops. Highly recommended!

Lovely Place

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfy. There was a bad smell which we determined was coming from the fridge. It remained in the apartment even after the host gave us some baking soda to put in the fridge, although it did dissipate somewhat. The location of the apartment was very convenient, with the bus to NYC right in front of the apartment. Internet went down twice but Claudia addressed the issue after we called her. Lots of linens available. We would stay here again.
