This beautiful brand new renovated apartment, features 2 bedroom with full closet space. First room has a queen bed, second room a full bed. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area that provides a full sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage and space to prepare a wonderful meal. Bus stop to NYC is only steps away, commute is between 20 to 25 minutes to the Big Apple. Exclusive laundry room available only for guests and private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Interesting accommodations

The apartment inside is clean! The building/property is not so clean. The elevator was loud and maybe it opened on the 5th floor, maybe not. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is one you pay to use on the property. The front door of the building was open, not secure. I paid for parking and someone kept parking in my spot. That made me nervous because I didn’t want the rental car towed.

Good, affordable location close to NYC

The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful - very clean and modernized. There were a few very minor issues, such as broken blinds and closet handles, but nothing that really bothered us at all. As for the some of the neighbors, there was a man screaming loudly for at least an hour one night, and several other occasions of excessive noise as well as people smoking in the hallways. This might be rather disconcerting for families with younger children. There is a very convenient bus stop directly across the street, one of the best grocery stores I've ever visited within a short walk, and lots of good restaurant choices nearby. If you're looking for a very nice, affordable way to visit NYC, and you don't mind a bus ride into the city each day, this is an excellent option.

Schönes Appartement zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 6 Nächte in diesem schönen Appartement verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber, so dass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat und wir nach einem Tagesausflug auch gerne abends zurückgekommen sind. Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Bilder der Wohnung sind absolut zutreffend. Die Verwalterin, Claudia, ist sehr gut erreichbar und beantwortet Anfragen sehr zügig. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ankunft mit Hinweisen zum Schlüsselerhalt usw. war super. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt - vielen Dank dafür! Direkt ggü. des Appartements ist die Bushaltestellte, die nach NW City fährt. Bus 125. Es lohnt sich, eine 10er Karte zu kaufen, wenn man den Bus öfters benutzen möchte. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Diner "Coach House" ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Wir empfehlen für Football-Fans, ein Spiel zu besuchen. Es lohnt sich total. Trotz schlechtem Wetter war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Appartement können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Fifth floor apartment in North Bergen

Us Hoosiers had a great time visiting NYC, while being able to stay in a more quiet town on the Jersey side. It was only about an 18-20 minutes drive into the city. Our apartment was very clean. A small personal garage was offered for our vehicle, however our suv was too big. But they were quick to offer and set up outdoor parking for us. Claudia was extremely prompt at replying to any and all messages. Self check out/check in made it quick and easy. We had no complaints from this property and want to thank Claudia for all her help.

It was a great time

The apartment was very nice, clean and great location. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The bus connection into the city was very good. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If we were to travel to New York again, we would always choose this apartment.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was our home for seven days. It was clean, warmly decorated, and very comfortable. It was also supplied with the necessities for our stay. It was convenient to the bus to the city and a grocery store that is close enough to walk to. The best part was the beds are so comfortable. So much so that we are purchasing the same mattress for our home!! And Claudia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We recommend this rental very highly!!

Recommended apartment for NewYork

Nice place to explore New York from. The bus leaves right across the street and a major supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is part of an apartment block that is not very appealing from the outside. It was clean and contained everything we needed. Communication with the landlady was smooth.

Great Appartement for New York Visit!

Really great place to stay if you wanna visit Manhattan, New York . A nice, clean and stylish home for 4 adults. Bus stop just in front of the building, which takes you to Bus Authority in just a few stops. Highly recommended!

Lovely Place

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfy. There was a bad smell which we determined was coming from the fridge. It remained in the apartment even after the host gave us some baking soda to put in the fridge, although it did dissipate somewhat. The location of the apartment was very convenient, with the bus to NYC right in front of the apartment. Internet went down twice but Claudia addressed the issue after we called her. Lots of linens available. We would stay here again.

Nice Apartment near Manhattan

We had a comfortable stay in North Bergen. If you need to get there from the airport I would recomend taking an Uber. The building is not really nice looking, but the apartment is! It‘s quite big and has all you need (kitchen with gas stove, two bedrooms, 5th person had to sleep on the couch in the living room, big shower). The busstop is right across the street, the bus takes about 20 min to the Port Authority Terminal which is close to Times Square. An information sheet with all there is to know was prepared, e-Mails were answered at once. We would love to come again!

Super Wohnung, super Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in New York. Das Apartment war für uns ideal.Schlüsselübergabe völlig probelmlos. Wir waren mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern dort. Unsere Tochter hatte das Zimmer mit Queensize Bett, der Sohn das Schlafsofa was sehr konfortabel war. Bettwäsche dafür war in unserem Schrank bereitgelegt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenüber der Straße, Straßenlärm war nicht zu hören. Wir sind immer mit dem Transitbus 125 gefahren, hier bekommt man beim Kauf einer 10-er bzw. 20-er Fahrtenkarte (die von allen 4 Personen genutzt werden konnte) die Fahrt deutlich günstiger. Es gibt für den Busfahrplan eine App, die Wohnung liegt in Zone 4 (ich schreib das mal gleich dazu, wir haben eine Weile gebraucht um das rauszufinden :-) ) In 20 Minuten ist man am Port Authority mitten in Manhattan. Ein Supermarkt mit allem was man benötigt und noch vielem mehr ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Ganz klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

This apartment is exactly as advertised in the listing description and photos. We were impressed with how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. A short bus ride into New York City’s Port Authority Bus Terminal if you plan on visiting the city. We stayed 8 nights and went into the city every day. Would also like to say Claudia was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. She did a great job and we really enjoyed staying here.

Once you arrive, the outside isn't much to look at, however the apartment is very clean and updated. There are AC units in all the rooms. Very comfortable. Easy to follow bus route to time square. Would highly recommend.

Muy buena opción para visitar NY con familia

Era tal cual salía en las fotos. Impecable y cómodo. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Es una opción de alojamiento más económica que buscar algo en Manhattan. Tienes que tener en cuenta de todas formas que estás condicionado por los horarios de los autobuses (el 125 (casi cada 40 minutos) y el 51 (más frecuencia)). Son 3$ por persona el trayecto y te dicen que tienes que llevar el efectivo exacto. Nosotros eramos 5 y nos aceptaban pagar los 5 tickets con un billete de 20 $. Sobre todo, el 125 a la vuelta es mejor ir con billetes. Se venden en las máquinas de las estación. Si compras paquetes de 10 tickets te hacen un pequeño descuento y sale a 2,7 $/ticket. Realmente son 15/20 minutos llegar a Times Square. Está super bien comunicado. Claudia muy atenta. Contestó enseguida a todas nuestras preguntas. Hicimos también una lavadora allá. Hay un laundry room y las lavadoras van con monedas de 0,25 céntimos.. Una lavadora vale 2,75 $. No hay jabón. Hay un enorme supermercado latino a 500 metros. No está mal pero es como un mayorista. Todo se vende a lo grande. En general una muy buena experiencia.
