maison FECAMP

sejour tres agreable...maison bien avec quelques petits defauts.... exemple...megots de cigarettes dans le cendrier lumiere dans la salle de bain...allumé avec un balais car plus de 2m pour l atteindre exterieur non balayé pas d explication pour allumé la TV et mettre l ordi en route autrement....propreté irreprochable gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel de l agence FECAMP est une ville tres agréable avec beaucoup de visites à faire aux alentours...YPORT...ETRETAT...ROUEN...VEULES LES ROSES...YVETOT... TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR....JE REVIENDRAIS CERTAINEMENT...MERCI

Haus okay, Rest olala

Als wir ankamen würden wir nett empfangen uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt allerdings ist es sprachlich schwierig fast ausschließlich französisch was wir mit einer Übersetzer App machten Englisch wenig. Das Haus war soweit okay aber der Garten eine Kathastrohe ungepflegt und dreckig. Als wir fragten ob der Gärtner noch kommt sagte man uns er würde sich anmelden was aber während des kompletten Aufenthalts nicht passierte. Der Grill sowie die Gartenliegen waren in einem maroden zugewachsen Gartenhaus und total verrottet und verschimmelt. Das Gras mit der Sitzgruppe war kniehoch und komplett mit Unkraut. Im Inneren des Hauses was es sauber nur an den Fliesenfugen im Bad Schimmel den wir desinfiziert haben um duschen zu können. Betten waren okay geschlafen haben wir gut. Die Einrichtung der Küche sollte nochmal überarbeitet werden, Besteck viel auseinander, Schneidebretter waren aufgequollen und Küchenhilfen ( Zange, Küchenheber,,) wie Gummi. Kühlschrank war gross mit kleinem Gefrierfach und Top. Kleiner Backofen und Mikrowelle Top. Die Lage war super zu Fuss war man in 20 Minuten am Meer und mit dem Auto schnell überall an schönen Plätzen. Wir haben unsere ganzen Mängel schriftlich und fotografisch festgehaltenen bei der Abnahme in Französisch übersetzt und dem Vermieter vorgelegt und hoffen daß er was macht denn an sich ist dort eine schöne Lageb

Great for family and dog

It's lokated at a perfect spot: Very quiet but still close to the center of Fecamp. The house was clean enouth and good equipped. Some little things may need repair, but nothing that bothered us. The ceiling height is a little low in some places (I'm very tall). Our dog could walk freely on the property, because its surround by walls and a big electric gate. Also the car can park savely there. All in all it is a great house for a family vacation, especially with a dog.

Nette Unterkunft mit Schwächen

Der ungepflegte Rasen wurde erst vier Tage nach unserer Ankunft gemäht, blieb aber in einem schlechten unansehnlichen Zustand. Die Gartenmöbel luden ebenfalls kaum zum Sitzen ein, schlechter Zustand und unbequem. Die Matratzen waren recht hart, was einem guten Schlaf entgegenstand. Im Bad eine Steckdose, in der die Waschmaschine angeschlossen war - was ist mit Föhn, Rasierer, Ladegerät für Zahnbürsten? Sofa und Sessel extrem unbequem, wir saßen immer auf den Stühlen. Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, Schneebesen, Schneidbrett nicht auffindbar, Küchenschränke rochen unangenehm, wir spülten Gläser und Tassen vor Benutzung aus! Der Ortskern von Fecamp und der Strand waren zu Fuß nicht unbedingt schnell erreichbar, Benedictine ca. 20 min, Strand ca. 35-40 min. Fecamp eignet sich allerdings gut für Ausflüge in die reizvolle Umgebung, was uns den Aufenthalt verschönte.

Quel dommage !

Nous n'avons vu personne ni à l'arrivée ni au départ ! Déçus par la propreté de la maison: protège-matelas et oreillers tachés, crédence devant la vitrocéramique grasse, brosse WC jaune... Manque d'entretien : plafonnier mal attaché et manquant d'ampoules, balayette cassée, pas de bouchon d'évier, carrelages cassés à la salle de bain, barres à rideaux tenant à peine, la pelouse ne ressemble pas à une pelouse, mauvaises herbes, orties et chardons nous empêchant d'ouvrir le portail puisque la commande est cassée, nous avons pris un manche de brosse pour atteindre l'interrupteur.. Cette maison a pourtant tellement de potentiel! Il y a quand même des points positifs: bon matelas, eau chaude rapidement, très bien clôturé pour les animaux. Le séjour a été bon mais c'est surtout grâce à une très belle région.

Logement mal géré

Bonjour cette location aurais pu être très bien si elle avait été propre et si je n avait pas été obligé d appeller à deux reprises pour savoir ou récupérer les clés, la poubelle était remplie de moisissures à l’intérieur avec des restes donc des mouches, et la personne qui avait du faire le ménage avait laissé les torchons et serviettes au milieu de la pièce et j’en passe du coup j ai refait le menange mais sinon bonne implantation vu personne ni à l arrivé ni au départ,un peu déçu car pas de suivi

Fecamp lovely, spoiled by this property

On arrival, we had to spend first hour cleaning. The grass was so overgrown we couldn’t sit at the table outside. Dog hairs all over the settee. After the first week the electric gates didn’t always work so had to leave them open. Needs total renovation. #disgusting

Vakantiewoning

De vakantiewoning lag op een fijne rustige locatie. Fécamp is een hele leuke havenplaats. Jammer dat senseo apparaat stuk was en er geen keukenhanddoeken aanwezig waren en dat er geen goede uitleg van de tv was. Maar voor de rest hebben we genoten van ons verblijf in Fécamp.

Zentraler Startpunkt um die Alabasterküste zu erkunden

Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit einem kleinen Garten. Das Auto parkt auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Für uns und unsere beiden Hunde sehr entspannt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Kontakt. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche.

Maison avec du potentiel mais décevant

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette maison (3 adultes, 1 enfant). Les plus : Emplacement à proximité du centre, de la plage et du port. Parking sécurisé. Extérieur au calme (même si pas entretenu). Linge de toilettes fourni. Les moins : Propreté plus que sommaire (nous avons dû nettoyer les plaques, certains éléments de vaisselles,... à notre arrivée). Mobilier vétuste et bringuebalant (chaises, table,...). Les penderies en toile, très peu solides. Le couchage pour la 5ème personne est très basique (indiqué comme lit d'appoint pour un adulte), nous avons fait dormir un enfant de 3 ans. Ce logement a un bon potentiel mais mériterait d'être nettoyé et entretenu. Nous, qui avons l'habitude des locations de vacances, avons trouvé le prix excessif par rapport à la qualité.

Agréable

Maison très calme, agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. conforme au descriptif. Juste un petit bémol au robinet de la baignoire qui fuit et pas de pression pas pratique du tout et aux chaises qui couinent. Mais franchement je recommanderais le logement.

Maison bleue Fécamp au top !

Maison très jolie en intérieur comme en extérieur, fonctionnelle où rien ne manque ! Espace jardin devant bien clôturé, calme car retiré de la route avec un portail. Accueil très sympathique et propreté irréprochable. De retour dans la région, nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs pour la louer de nouveau avec grand plaisir.
