57 Springwood is a second-floor 2-bedroom villa, a mile away from Coligny Plaza and Beach Park. The five-minute drive to Coligny Plaza provides public beach access, parking, and entertainment for the whole family in downtown Hilton Head Island!

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom contains a standard shower/tub combination and vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds and a ensuite bathroom, containing another shower/tub combination.

The gathering area on the main floor has a loveseat and large sleeper sofa, centered around the flat screen television. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The in-home laundry units are found adjacent to the pantry. The glass sliding doors lead to the balcony, where guests can enjoy a breath of fresh air from the high-top patio table and chairs.

Guests are provided with amenities cards, for access to the community pool and tennis courts. Guests can utilize the seasonal free shuttle, which services North and South Forest Beach Avenues and Coligny Plaza. The Lowcounty Celebration Park, the newest park to Hilton Head Island, incorporates a pirate ship playground, wading pool, pavilion, and fitness station, and is just a 5-minute walk away. Coligny Beach Park offers outside showers, public beach access and walking and biking paths, with entertainment for all ages!

Long weekend stay

We had a great time staying at your property. Everything was as mentioned in the listing and there were no surprises. It was spacious for 2 adults, a 17 yr old and a 20 yr old. It was close enough to the beach and shopping. We had a small mishap in the bathroom where something broke on the shower….we called and someone was there within 15 min. It was fixed the next morning and there were no issues at all. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a few minor issues with the property, but that being said the property manager was very quick to not only address the issue, but then she immediately had them fixed.

Great Location

A spacious townhome in good location. We loved being close to the Coligny and Celebration Park! The pool was also a great amenity. The one down side is the flight of stairs you have to take to get to the main entry, was a little tiresome carrying our ten month old up and down on a daily basis. There were also a few nights during our stay where the noise level of the neighbors was fairly loud past 10pm.

Excellent for bike riding

Away from the beach but within biking distance, highly recommend Forest Beach bike rentals. One good restaurant is walkable, also a pizza place. The property was not crowded in April but someone still chose to park in our space, so I would recommend better enforcement by the manager.

Happy Thanksgiving to us!

Very nice property for us to truly enjoy the holidays. Everything was neat, clean, spacious, and convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. The ONLY issue we ran into was being able to operate the televisions in the bedrooms properly. Other than that, it was great. Would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Great weekend getaway

We always visit Hilton Head in June on the opposite side of the island but October at this location was great! It was beautiful weather and a quiet complex. We were close to the beach and we even rented bikes since we connected to the bike path. It was a convenient location and we even walked/biked to dinner a few nights. We were only there a few days so we weren’t in the condo much, but it had everything we needed. Thanks for a great, relaxing getaway with friends!

This rental from beginning to end far exceeded all expectations. Unit was spotless, fully stocked kitchenware, great quiet community. 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive to beach, which has free parking. Also the island has a free trolley service that gets you pretty much anywhere you wanna go. Beds were very comfortable, spacious rooms. **A few suggestions for owner/ property management. Unit description should include a full list of what kitchen has, i.e. how many pots, pans etc. We were unsure of what was all included, but was pleased once we saw what we had. Also in the info binder in unit, maybe include a list of things to do, events happening around town. Such as free fireworks each with dates. As we missed it not knowing and was last one of year. We will book here again and look forward to a return trip. Hilton head is now out favorite vacation spot. Thank you for the incredible family vacation.

Property as described. Rental company communications poor. Had to call to get information, had questions called twice with no return call. Downloading app is less than convenient with poor internet service.

Exactly as described!

This was exactly as described. There is a flight of stairs up to the entrance - this is not a first floor rental. We had no idea where the fitness center was located (although we didn't miss not using it - instructions would have been helpful). We had a bathroom door lock from the inside that we could not open but the manager came right over when called and helped us out. Everything else was as described and very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed our visit. The walk to the beach/shops at Coligny Plaza is probably 10 min - unless you have little kids that walk slow (but you can always drive and park in the beach parking at Coligny if you prefer) Celebration Park is only about 5 minutes and great for little kids. Coligny Beach area is definitely more crowded than other area's we've been to on HH - but we were still able to space out enough, There are a lot of resorts in this area as well as the shops and free beach parking which drawn in lots of people.

Great condo

We had a great time! Recommend renting bikes - condo is right on the bike path and close by the Coligny Beach Access. Condo came equipped with some beach gear and toys which was greatly appreciated.

Nice spring vacation

Nice place with a good location, only surprise was the amount of steps that we had to climb, which was not a problem for us but could have been depending on the age of the group. Very good communication from the agent and it was cleanly and secure with everything we needed to have a great stay.

Terrific beach stay

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, updated, fully equipped kitchen and great location. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and it was an excellent experience. The condo is conveniently located to island amenities. Will definitely be back!
