The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a wine chiller, and a spacious refrigerator custom-matched to the designer cabinets. The counter bar makes time in the kitchen a social experience. Gather with family and friends at the dining table or take your meal out to the deck table to enjoy while you watch the waves roll in.

When it comes to sleeping, you’ll find plenty of space in this beachfront condo’s three bedrooms. The Gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed as well. A large flat-screen TV completes the picture. The bathroom is stylishly appointed with a vanity and walk in shower.

The second guest bedroom serves as a second master with a king bed, high-end furnishings and bedding, and a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom access with a custom tile shower completes the experience. Wonderful, except…

This property is in a beautiful complex that is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The stunning views from the balcony were the best! However, the queen beds were actually double and ALL beds were the most uncomfortable, squeaking beds our traveling family has ever slept in. For the price we paid, we expect comfortable beds. Other than that, this place is nice!

One of the double beds had a stain on it and the box spring was pretty dirty, the pull out couch also wasn’t very clean and had no sheets or covers,The dryer barely worked half the time, the floors were a little dirty, utensils were also dirty. We did loved the location and the view.

Majestic Sun B

The Condo was Beautifully decorated and very up to Date. We all loved the panoramic ocean view around the living room and into the kitchen. All the appliances were nice and new or like new. The master bath shower was Amazing. Room sizes were great. The furniture needs updating as there were not enough places for everyone to sit comfortably. The two barber style bar stools and couch seemed worn out. One balcony chair arm was broken. Also, there were a few issues upon arrival. We had no parking passes in our room initially. Parking is nearly impossible if your party has more than one vehicle and we did not have enough pool bands. Pool bands were a charge of $25 per band if lost or missing and they are nothing more than a simple rubber bracelet that can be ordered online super cheap. Our stay was a senior trip for my son and he asked to keep one of the bands as a souvenir but we had to tell him no due to the charge. There did not seem to be anyone on staff at a check in desk to answer questions and we had a lot of them at the beginning. When we called to speak to someone we were told several different things regarding where we could park without being fined. There is a parking garage but its to far if you have difficulty walking. We were told two different stories about being able to park there. There were members of our party that had to circle around for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours waiting on someone to leave their parking spot. Beach is across a busy road. 6.5/10

Great Condo !

The property was very nice. This was not my first time staying at the Majestic Sun properties. Room was very nice and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped from a cooking standpoint. I did have to open 3 work orders for repairs on the sliding door in the den to replace the wheels, the dishwasher to anchor it to the cabinet top, and the water filter in the fridge. All were repaired in a timely manner. One opportunity I saw would be to have a larger vanity in the Master Bath. It was small for me and my wife. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful condo, great location! Shopping, beach, pool , restaurants all extremely convenient. The condo was very clean and the set up was nice, large enough to be together in the kitchen/dining/family room and the two front bedrooms are far enough away to be private and quiet if needed( we had a napping toddler) . We felt safe on this property as well!

Girls just want to have fun

We did a girls trip, 5 of us (67 years young) the place was very comfortable and the bedroom set up great for early bird risers and the sleep ins. We did not rent a car you can walk everywhere and a short inexpensive Uber ride to almost anywhere you want to go. Beach and pool were wonderful. Bike rentals delivered right to your door and tennis and pickle ball walking distance. . If you want a true relaxing beach vacation this place is for you.

Perfect Corner Unit

Two families (each with three kids aged 5-9) fit perfectly here with a little room to spare. Everything appears to have been updated recently with marble tile floors, a big walk in shower with waterfall shower and body sprays in the master. The interior was so pretty as well. There was an entire laundry room (not just a closet) with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. It was a great stay!

Time Away With The Family

We loved our stay at Majestic Sun. The oceanfront view was Amazing!!! The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach, many stores and restaurants nearby. I absolutely loved the fact that the Vrbo/host checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and to see if we needed anything. I'm so excited about planning my next trip!

Family Girl’s trip

This condo was perfect for our get away with small children. We loved the location to the beach, and the views from our 4th floor windows. The unit was very clean and slept 8 of us comfortably. We enjoyed a bon fire on the beach with the s’mores one evening, and there were very few evenings that we didn’t watch the sunsets. They were spectacular! If you are planning on being at this condo for more than a few days, I would recommend bringing extra dish towels, dish cloths, and pot holders. You are provided with 2 dish towels, and a kitchen sponge and dish detergent. With our group we went through a lot of paper towels. I really missed the pot holders. But all in all, I would stay in this unit again. Loved the location!

Very nice, clean, and updated condo

Condo was very nice and updated, one of the cleanest condos we have ever rented. Coffee maker was not working and they had someone at the condo within an hour to replace. I will say the dryer took some time to dry clothes, and the technician that looked at the coffee pot also checked it out. Not sure it is fixed but we made it work for a vacation rental! Perfect location, great view, AND you get a parking spot in the garage which is huge given parking at majestic sun is sometimes challenging and requires a short walk. Great trip!!
