Absolutely stunning

From check in to check out, this house made us feel at home. Then there was the deck, couldn’t ask for a better place to spend time and enjoy the gorgeous view.

Just what we wanted

We went for Spring break, 2 families for a total of 3 adults and 4 kids. We had a wonderful time. Nothing beats being ocean front! The house area is pretty quiet, the house has everything you need for the beach, for the kitchen, for indoor entertainment. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Best location on the beach!

Once again, we had a perfect stay! My only wish is that the master had a king size bed. Otherwise, it’s PERFECT!!

This beach house is all you could want and more! You’ve got beautiful sunset/sunrise views from the front and the back of the house. There is a huge deck with comfortable furniture. We had a terrific vacation!! Good times were had by all😁

Amazing place

If you love the ocean, and want a quite private wonderful place this is it. It's a nice house with the ocean at your back door. It's very well stocked. Just bring yourself and food.

Wonderful family time!

This was our second time and we loved again!!! Easy trip for us, we are just 3 hours way! 2 daughters age 19 and almost 17! We just hang out all day between beach and outdoor deck that is big and comfortable!!! We go out just to eat dinner and Icecream!!! We cook breakfast and grill for lunch! Perfect location, very private beach and restaurants close by!! Thank you again for a great stay and communication !! Will be back!!! Adriana

Great Location and Private

We had a great long weekend in Cocoa Beach. The pictures of the deck do not give you the true sense of the size. It is much larger in person. It was also well set up to keep our dog on the deck. The vegetation has grown up all around the deck giving a lot of privacy. You forget that there are houses nearby. This property is all about the location on the beach. The inside is nice, with a large TV in the family. The kitchen is small, but big enough for quick meal prep. I would recommend staying here if you love the beach!

Perfect beach vacation.

This is just an amazing place to stay. The views, private and appointments are just perfect. Just bring your bags because everything else is already there. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a surf board and tons of kids buckets and shovels. The private entrance to the beach is really amazing. My second time staying here and it just gets better.

Amazing view!

My family and I spent a week at Cocoa Beach. We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing! The home had plenty of room for my three girls and husband. The beach was nice and private. Even on the weekends we never felt crowded. Everything was provided to cook a meal. Publix is only a few miles away. I highly recommend!

Feels like home

This is our third stay. We absolutely love it. Everything we need is there including a full kitchen. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, along with other items one might want to use. There’s a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry too. Now I’ll get to the best things. The deck is huge and a wonderful place to just relax with plenty of seating . Everyone can have their own little spot to read, sleep or just sit. You are steps from the beach and can easily walk down and take a swim in the ocean. The pier is a short drive away as are many wonderful restaurants and even a taco shop close by. Absolutely feels like home.

Fabulous Family Time!!!

We did love everything about the house! Beautiful view from every angle from outdoors and indoors! We are family of 4 with 2 daughters 16 and 18. We took our small dogs and was a blessing!!! The size of the house was perfect for us, we used the bedrooms just to sleep. The deck and the living room were big and comfortable. The first floor has 1 single, 1 queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub (beautiful remodeled!!!), spiral leader to access the main floor. First floor 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The bathroom is a good size. The vanity great counter space ands draws! the shower also a good size , but can use a TLC!!!! Good kitchen with everything you need. Publix is just a few min. way!!! We did all our meal in the house excepted for dinners. The leaving room so amazing views, daily sunrise was spectacular !!! Wonderful deck with a lot seats and grill!!! The beach few steps way! Thank you so much for your beautiful property, we will be back soon. Thank you!!!!

A great gathering place

Even though the home is not huge, it lives large because of the outside oversized deck and seating. You had so many extra touches like the bicycles, surf and buggie boards, lots of beach towels, condiments , etc! No shortage of shower towels either! Thank you for your thoughtfulness! On a scale of one to five we thought it deserved a 6 !!!!
