This 1-bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful lake and mountain views. Updated kitchen. New doors, furniture, and patio furniture, in fall 2020. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with stone surround. An oversized lounging chair sits between two walls of windows where you can take in the beautiful views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. During the winter you overlook ice skating and hockey and during summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The full guest bathroom is just past the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower and toilet area for added privacy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed and lots of natural light. There is a quarter bath attached to this bathroom with a single sink vanity and it has access to the full guest bathroom.

Mountain Retreat!
We absolutely loved everything about this condo. It had everything you needed to prepare a meal. The shower and smart mirror were nice perks. The deck chairs and firepit were amazing! The views were beyond gorgeous! We bought a few small items ( hand soap) but besides that it was perfect and very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful getaway! We would return to this condo in the future. gogeos.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean, the CRM system management uses made it easy for them to check in and get feedback about our stay, and the amenities provided were as described. The view was terrific, and we don't really have anything negative or critical to say at all.

Great property and location, clean, as advertised. Check in process is multi-step and feels like a geocaching exercise going up and down Rte 6. I could not find where to put the trash. Window locks were difficult to operate. I had no communication with management but couldn't give that an n/a.

The area is so clean and peaceful. We love the fire pit on the deck. We would have our coffee every morning around the fire pit. the only complaint I would have and it is, a small one the rugs in the bathroom needed to be washed. Will definitely try and come back next year.

Beautiful property
This condo is lovely! The check in process entailed going to the office and picking up keys, then our GPS didn't lead us to the address, so we ended up using the printed directions. The condo is accessed inside of a building and luggage carts were available to get our belongings to the condo. Probably wouldn't be a big deal for most folks, but we struggled a bit. Oh my, the property was worth it! The view is spectacular from the windows and balcony. Would stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family!

Wonderful Condo but a couple of issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a couple of nights for a quick getaway. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; a comfortable bed, nice living room and kitchen. There were a couple of problems with the condo that didn't get fixed while we were there. We could not get the TV in the living room to get DISH TV channels. We called the property management company and spoke for them quite a long time while they were trying to troubleshoot the problem. This issue was never resolved. The second issue was that there was a loud party going on across the lake and they played very loud music until 1 am. We had all the windows closed, but could still hear the music. We were expecting a quiet night's sleep, but this was not the case. We contacted the property manager after our trip was over and they said that the music was coming from a Vail Resorts Leadership party. According to the property instructions that WE were given, we were supposed to abide by their noise policy; "We are located in a residential community, and although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. We ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum". Unfortunately, Vail Resorts did not have to abide by this policy. The property management company said that in the future, I would need to ask them if any parties were going on to make sure that we would have a quiet time. Sorry, this doesn't make sense. If I need to keep quiet at 10:00 pm, then everyone around the lake should have to as well. Given this response, I probably would not rent in this area and use this company again, even though the condo itself was wonderful and had a pretty view.

All the kitchen utensils you need but if you are planning to stay long bring your own foil/plastic wrap/ziplocks. Otherwise all paper products are provided and plentiful. Great place. Beautiful Condo on Keystone Lake
Everything was exactly as advertised. Loved the condo and especially the view. The 4 star rating for the property manager was just that I was informing the manager of missing/damaged pieces like a window crank etc. I did not need the items fixed but allowed them to come during a time frame that I would be there. They came at a time when I was not present and did not repair the loose screens or window crank.

Would love to tell the owners how nice it is one of the things we really love is the fire pit. We are outdoor people and love to sit around the fire pit, you guys are so accommodating really appreciate. It will definitely come back next year.
