Vacation at our locally owned, well maintained, beachfront paradise condo, located at South Seas Club, a secure 55 acre gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds, walking paths, 8 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts,2 bocce ball courts, putting green, and numerous boat docks.

Enjoy the view of a huge heated swimming pool, gulf waters 3 1/2 miles of white sand crescent beach, spectacular sunsets and wildlife sanctuary all from your balcony. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably furnished.

Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. All you will need is your personal items.

Spring Break

We had a lovely stay in Marco Island. I appreciated the communication with Bob prior to coming. I have a shellfish allergy so cooking was something I had to do. He went and made sure I had some mixing bowls, which was above and beyond for me. The condo had everything you could want going to the beach and the kitchen was fabulous. The laundry was next to the unit and very easy to operate. The beach is a small walk but worth being so close. I would not hesitate to come again.

Excellent spot

Great location with Easy in and out beautiful view of the water great landlord, very responsive no problems at all. Would go back again in a heartbeat. The condo was well stocked with most of what you would need for cooking lots of beach towels, and beach equipment really couldn’t ask for more

Great stay at a beautiful beach

Beautiful condo that is fully stocked. Owner is awesome. Only thing to know for when you go is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach. The condo is on the beach but the beach is massive and it takes time to get to the water (10 min walk). Would stay again for sure.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was exactly what we expected, and the balcony was fantastic! We spent a lot of time sunning and gazing at the ocean. It was just me and my husband, and we really enjoyed having two spacious bathrooms. Communication was also great, so a 5 star review is well deserved.

Great views from the balcony

It was great to wake up to such wonderful views from the balcony. It took us a day to figure out what doors each of the 3 keys opened. The payment for the laundry machines was too complicated, but help and resources were available to us. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location, wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect condo for our stay at Marco Island. The gated community is very secure and the condo itself was very well maintained and clean. The views are amazing from the balcony. Both the living room and master suite have balcony access and gulf views! The owner was super helpful as we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and proceeded to get totally confused on what to do and where to go! Thanks Rob! You will not regret staying at this beautiful condo - book now!

Family Vacation

The owner is very kind and went out of his way to welcome us. Condo was clean and check in/out process is very smooth. Property is quite a hike to the beach (15-20 minutes), so be prepared for that. Property is not super kid friendly, lots of very strict rules (I understand rules are needed but it was over the top). We watched the Pool attendants get very angry and borderline aggressive with other guests (particularly an evening security guard that was very rude. We heard him scream at several guests and he walked around with a chip on his shoulder all week). No food or drinks near the pool deck, no jumping, no splashing, no tossing a ball. You are allowed to basically just float on a pool noodle. Kids are not allowed to be kids and the pool closes at dark. No walking on the beach after dark because you are not allowed to use a flashlight (turtle season). We made the best of the week, but I would look for another location for a family trip. This property would be better for older adults.

Sunshine and great views!

It was a long walk to the beach but that did not deter me. It was great excercise! Lots of shells. The condo is very nice and spacious. It was comfortable and the two BR and two baths made it especially desirable. I felt quite overwhelmed at the check in process...mostly the keys. Once I understood the routinem, it was simple! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. Pickleball courts were nearby and the people there were quite inviting and fun. Lots of places to eat and drink in town and shopping too. Hoping to go back again?

We only got to stay for 2.5 days out of 7. There was a mandatory evacuation of the island and we had to got to the east coast.

Clean Easy Quiet

This condo is super spacious and newly remodeled. Bob took care of us with all communications and concerns. Bob had accommodations for everyday living. The beach cart and beach chairs were very helpful in our stay. Dishwasher and appliances are very well taken care of and made the stay much easier. This property was everything I wanted and more. The pool is well kept as well as the parking deck. Thank you Bob I will recommend your properties to everyone looking to stay in Marco Island.

This was my 1st time renting through vrbo and it was seemless. Everything was as described. I also received a call from the property owner who was nice and helpful. This particular property was in a great location, the last condo near tigertail Beach. Great view of beach. Condo was in great condition with new appliances.
