Great experience for our first Napa trip
Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! Quiet and convenient location. The backyard and view are exquisite!! The property manager was very accessible and available to answer our questions. The only hiccup was that the hot tub had a leak and wouldn’t hold water. They were unable to get it fixed before we left, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy that feature of the house.

Great House, Great Location!
We had a party of 8 for my wife’s 50th Bday and the house was great. It slept everyone comfortably and both the kitchen and dining room were the perfect size for 8 people. The home was centrally located so it was very easy to get to Sonoma, Calistoga and everywhere in between. The home had lots of amenities and was very clean. Almost everything met or exceeded expectations, but I will offer two areas that should be noted. First there is no automated/virtual check in process, so we had to make sure we coordinated our exact arrival time with the property manager. She was very helpful so all good, but we would have preferred to be a little more flexible on when we arrived. Second, the family room really only fit 4 people so there was no place to put all 8 in one room to watch a show or movie. Not a huge deal since we were not in there much and the kitchen was close, but again, worth noting. the larger living room did not have a TV in it. In all, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Napa girls trip
We went to Napa on a girls trip and had an amazing time staying at this beautiful and spacious home that was so conveniently located to all of the vineyards and local towns. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of 9 people. Our most favorite part was using the hot tub in the evenings while we watched the stars, as well as seeing the hot air balloons in the mornings from our backyard! I highly recommend this home and will plan on going back myself soon. Thank you Julie for all of your help!

50th birthday trip
Four of us stayed here for part of my 50th birthday trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was a bit too cold to spend much time outside at night, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times and it was great. The house had everything we needed, and we even had a private chef come in and cooked dinner for us one night

Wonderful property for a family reunion! Three couples and one small child had a great time lots of room to spread out and lots of spaces to get all in one place. Well stocked kitchen. Great bathrooms and bedrooms and superb setting overlooking a vineyard out Back! Julie, our prop mgr was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended… thanks for the memories!!!

Love this house! We have rented it twice now. It works well to have our family meet up with rooms for everyone and lots of common space to hang out and visit. The hot tub unfortunately was leaking so that was not available, but it was also raining so we wouldn't have used it much anyway. The property manage and owner were very responsive to us when we let them know. Check in and out was easy and the place is nicely stocked!

Vino for Thanksgiving
Great home. Better than pictures show. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Very beautiful backyard with patio, hot tub and nicely landscaped. Master bed was not very comfortable and ready for an update, but rest of the beds were fine. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Garage better for one car, with enough driveway parking for two other cars.

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years, this was the best we’ve stayed in - first class! You won’t be disappointed! House sits next to a vineyard and the first morning we woke to hot air balloons flying over the house! Just gorgeous!

Great Napa visit homebase
We loved our stay-found the location convenient for everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed watching the hot air balloons while enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. Great park across the street for early morning hikes and a breeze to get to Yountville for dinner.

My siblings and spouses had a great week here. The location is convenient to all areas and having the park across the street gave us opportunity to exercise every morning before we headed out. Beautiful back yard area for relaxing in the evening!

Great property. We were a group of 6 adults that have an annual getaway to Napa. The house is in a great location. Roomy clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Great view from the back garden and it was fun to watch the hot air balloons

A Memorable Family Vacation
Our family of five chose this lovely home to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for our special occasion. The house was immaculate and comfortably accommodated all of us. We absolutely fell in love with the backyard—the hot tub was a hit, and watching hot air balloons in the sunrise was simply magical. The peaceful neighborhood was close to all the major vineyards. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. We created wonderful memories here and would highly recommend this property to others.​

Great Stay in Napa
Property was as advertised. Property: House was very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was very nice and public Park within short walk provided a nice place for an early morning walk. The outdoor area was fantastic, gardens on property were beautiful, outdoor space had plenty of seating to enjoy, and hot tub was great also. The view out the back of the property was amazing!!! Kitchen was very nice and pretty well stocked, plenty of room for the 6 adults in the dining room and living areas. Location: Location was very convenient to downtown Napa and nearby Napa/Yountville vineyards. Check In: This was the first time Ive rented a property that we actually had an in-person check in. Since i was flying into SFO there was some variability with our exact arrival time; however, the host communicated well and met us at the agreed upon time. Overall the property exceeded our expectations.

The location is ideal. Midway between downtown Napa and Yountville. You will want to enjoy the restaurants and shopping in each. We are convenient to the Silverado Trail and Highway 29. There are 50 wineries within a 20 minute drive.
