Paris erleben
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Nahverkehrsanbindung, liegt in einer Paris-typischen Umgebung. Sie ist gut geschnitten, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um ein Mehrpateienhaus. Abgesehen von einer Party war es stadtüblich ruhig. Wir fühlten uns dort wohl.

Está separado del centro de la ciudad pero tiene un metro muy cerca que nos ha permitido ir a todos los sitios que hemos querido con 1 sólo trasbordo. La casa está bien, tiene ascensor y es cómoda para llegar después de pasear; y está completamente equipada. Defectillos: las almohadas son muy blandas y faltarían algunos cubiertos: Cuchillos para untar y para el pan...

Logement très bien situé dans Paris!
Logement très fonctionnel, mais surtout très bien situé dans Paris. Restaurants, et autres commodités à proximité, ainsi que métro et bus. Hervé est très bien organisé à l'image aussi de son logement. Bon accueil, et sympathique.

Schöne gut gelegene Wohnung, aber kompliziertes Mieterverhältnis
Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung die auch gut gelegen ist. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist 500 m entfernt. Trotz der Angabe, dass die Wohnung über einen Parkplatz verfügt, war dieser leider nicht zugänglich. Dies sollte unbedingt vorab mit dem Vermieter abgeklärt werden. Ich habe erst 2 Stunden einen Parkplatz gesucht und dann am Ende für 4 Nächte/3 Tage ein Parkhaus bezahlt. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung auch nicht, wie angegeben, über 2 Bäder sondern über 1 Bad und ein separates WC. Außerdem sollte die Wohnung nicht ohne gemeinsames In Augenschein mit dem Vermieter wieder zurückgegeben werden. Mit dem Vermieter kommt es hier sonst leicht zu Problemen.
