This pleasant family home offers you a spacious and bright living room/lounge opening onto a wooden terrace with a heated 7x4 swimming pool, accessible from April 1 to October 15, set magnificently in a decorated enclosed garden. Its open and modernized kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The ground floor has a first bedroom (1 bed 160) with a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, the hallway leads to 3 spacious bedrooms (160 beds) with careful decoration and a bathroom with WC. An independent studio adjoining the house is rented year-round. The entrances to each accommodation are completely independent.
The well-equipped garden: barbecue, ping-pong table, parking space and its superb swimming pool will allow you a pleasant stay. The house is equipped with WIFI.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
