Bright villa with swimming pool at the gates of Toulouse
Welcome to my pretty, very bright villa with 1000 m2 garden and private pool. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people: 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 X 160 and 1 X 140) and a convertible sofa in the living room (140); a bathroom with double sink, a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped and the dining table can seat 8 people. Barbecue for lunch on the terrace. A very quiet, sunny and pleasant place. The village of Auzeville Tolosane is ideally located, close to the Canal du Midi (1 km), close to the metro for downtown Toulouse (5 minutes by car), nearby buses, shops 5 minutes away, restaurants in the center of the village at 200 m and 400 m, Canal du Midi at 2 km, Cité de l'Espace at 7 km, 18-hole golf course at 6 km. The village is located near the hills and hiking trails in a beautiful hilly countryside. The swimming pool (8 m by 3.50 m) is bordered by a small wooden terrace with sun loungers. Another wooden terrace for lunch in the garden.
