Birthday party week

Stylish place which was very comfortable and excellent for entertaining with multiple areas to celebrate with family. Very close to the beach the lake and a really good supermarket.

Maison à la conception originale, bien meublée et bien située dans Hossegor.

Maison bien meublée, très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien que ce soit pour la vaisselle ou le linge. En revanche, Nous étions trop nombreux 11 adultes et 4 petits. Le cuisine et la salle à manger sont basses de plafond et plutôt sombre. Beaucoup de niveaux et d’escaliers plutôt fatigants et perturbants. Enfin, contrepartie d’une situation en centre ville, le jardin est très bruyant. Nous avons été globalement déçus compte tenu du prix de la semaine et des commentaires louangeurs sur le site. Moins nombreux et à une période moins estivale, nous aurions certainement davantage apprécié cette maison.

Loved our stay.

The house is lovely. The location is great. We loved getting around on bikes from Jerry’s bikes. The restaurants we really enjoyed were: Waxed ( for avocado toast, smoothies and coffees), Chez Margot (small family run and delicious), Little Princess (for pizza), Tante Jeanne for ice cream and meals and Chez Monet. The air conditioning is only on the top level, not the other levels of the house, but we didn’t need it while we were there; there are no screens on the windows (but this seems to be the norm everywhere). There were a few issues that came up with what I would call house systems, but the property manager came right over or sent someone right away to fix them., so this wasn’t a problem at all. The beds were very comfortable. The towels are on the small side, and we were at the beach and in the pool a lot, so we went through them quickly. There were extras in the linen closet. I would highly recommend this property. The owner and property manager were both a pleasure to deal with.

Super séjour!!!

Top séjour entre amis!! L’intérieur comme l’extérieur est spacieux, propre et tout confort. La piscine chauffée est hyper agréable!! Le plus: le flipper pour de belles parties entre potes! Le moins: un système son un peu complexe! Je recommande vivement cette maison pour passer une séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Hervorragendes Haus! Alle Erwartungen wurden mehrfach übertroffen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Wir haben mit 7 Personen (Familie) eine sehr erholsame und in allen Belangen schöne Woche im Haus der Familie de Montety verbracht. Das Haus lässt weder in Ausstattung noch in Willkommensversorgung mit einem Tablett voller guter Lebensmittel und Wein Wünsche offen. Der geheizte Salzwasser-Pool und der große schattige Garten machten den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen, sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Maison de charme aux prestations 5* prox. plage

J'ai passé un excellent week-end à Hossegor dans la villa d'Anne-Laure. Nous étions une douzaine, et avons tous grandement apprécie la qualité des prestations offertes: piscine chauffée, maison entièrement équipée, et décorée avec beaucoup de gout avec des objets chines par la maitresse de maison. La flexibilité quant à l'organisation de notre arrivée/départ était également un gros plus et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre weekend. La villa est très bien conçue et permet à tout le monde de vaquer à ses activités sans déranger les autres: piscine pour certains, repos ou tennis de table pour d'autres. La localisation a 5min a pied de la plage est également un gros plus pour les amateurs de surf ou de planche à voile! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter des que l'occasion se présentera! Christophe

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans votre villa La villa est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et avons apprécié la nouvelle suite parentale du rez de chaussée Cela a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et nous a permis de réunir nos enfants et petits pour notre anniversaire de mariage La plage ,le lac , le centre tout à quelques minutes de marche La disposition permet à chacun de profiter du séjour La piscine a fait la joie des petits et des ... grands Les petits ont découvert le surf avec grand enthousiasme Plus personne ne voulait repartir et oui nous sommes tombés profondément amoureux de votre région Merci à Morgane pour son accueil De plus les Landes nous ont fait un beau cadeau en nous offrant soleil et douceur Que dire sinon que nous espérons revenir bientôt Un grand merci à vous Et beaucoup de nostalgie à notre départ Joëlle L.

Séjour très heureux à Hossegor

Vraiment une maison où le temps passe vite tellement elle est accueillante et sereine. A deux pas de la plage, à 2 minutes du centre, très confortable, avec une circulation de plain pied qui rend la vie en commun facile. Nous avons séjourné à 10 et ne nous sommes jamais sentis "empilés". Le plus, plusieurs frigos, le linge et le ménage inclus, et un équipement vidéo de première qualité avec Netflix !

Wonderful family house

We spent a week in Hossegor in June and really enjoyed the house. Our family of 4 had all the space we needed and felt very comfortable in this very nicely decorated house. For my teenage son the ping pong table was the highlight of the house together with the bluetooth installation to listen to all his music. The house is very well equipped and the location is very close to the beach. The garden, the pool etc., it's all there to enjoy and in general the house feels very comfy with many sofa's and spaces to sit. The communication with the owner and caretaker was very good. We highly recommend staying here, Hossegor is a wonderful town and the location of the house is hard to beat!

Séjour fantastique.

J'ai séjourné dans la villa avec des amis durant 5 jours et je dois dire que tout était parfait. La configuration de la villa est propice à passer d'excellents moments entre amis : nombreuses chambres et sdb pour garder son indépendance et lieux de vie en commun (piscine, terrasse et salon muni d'un flipper, d'un vidéo-projecteur et d'un véritable sound system). Nous avons eu en plus beaucoup de chance sur la météo ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la centrale et de ses spots de surf sans utiliser la voiture.

Séjour et maison très agreable

La maison est très agréable, parfaitement aménagée. Elle se compose de différents étages et plusieurs petits salons qui permettent de s isoler selon les envies. Elle est spacieuse. Le jardin grand clôture est très plaisant et a proximité de la plage centrale. Location a conseiller vivement pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour !

La maison de rêve pour partager de bons moments entre amis ou en famille. Les petits espaces bien aménagés dans la maison permettent aussi de s'isoler un moment le temps d'une petite lecture ou d'une petite sieste dans le hamac. La situation dans Hossegor est parfaite,tout se fait à pieds ! Près de la plage et non loin du centre ville ! Bref nous resignons pour l'an prochain !
