This pleasant apartment 2 rooms of almost 38m² for 4 persons is located on the first floor, door 9 of the residence “Villa du Capitaine”, in front of Port Haliguen with view on the “Baie de Quiberon”.

It includes:

-Equipped kitchen (cooking plate, fridge, oven, microwave),
-Living room with TV and truckle bed of 90cm large,
-Bathroom with washing machine,
-Toilets separated,
-Bedroom with two bed of 80cm large,

Balcony with garden furniture and harbor view.
Parking n°3.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of september 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Bel vue, bel localisation et bon rapport qualité / prix . Emplacement de parking .

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour sa localisation . je suis pêcheur ( un peu ) et la proximité avec le Port Halighen était importante. Malheureusement , la gendarmerie a chassé tous les pêcheurs de l'embarcadère central, seul lieu sécurisant pour les enfants à qui je donne les poissons pêchés. Je ne mange pas mes poissons. Durant les périodes de vacances, je vais me rapprocher de Quiberon centre. Pour l'appartement, rien à dire, tout va bien.

Parfait sejour

Avec mon épouse.beaucoup de marches sur la côte sauvage. Calme,grande propreté du logement bien équipé en matériel de cuisine et autres. Cela traduit un propriétaire qui respecte ses locataires saisonniers

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le vieux port est un endroit magnifique et relativement calme. Des petits restos sympas à proximité de l’appart. L’appart est rudimentaire mais offre une magnifique vue, ce qui comble largement les petits manquements de confort de celui-ci. Cela ne nous empêcherait pas de retourner au même endroit!

Séjour très agréable, vue exceptionnelle.

Séjour très agréable, vue exceptionnelle avec levée du soleil plein face sur la mer avec baie vitrée et petit balcon cosy. Accueil sympathique et formalités très rapides. Logement très propre, tout à se servir, très calme, pas de promiscuité, ni vis-à-vis, parking appréciable mais possible aussi à proximité. Literie excellente. Petit bémol, la télé taille timbre poste d'une autre époque, avec une réception pourrie, il serait mieux de ne pas parler de télé, tant pis pour les JO. Conseil, éviter la box internet (la semaine 39€), car fonctionne pas ou très mal.
