Venice Villas * Poolside #41

Located just a 3-minute walk to our private beach, in the building behind the pool, and adjacent to the laundry room and office is this poolside studio apartment (Unit #41), which is larger than our other studio apartments. This unit comes with a well-equipped kitchen, sitting and dining space, queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. For your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!

Great long weekend

Just right for the two of us. Quiet and close to the beach! Pool was clean. Pool rules were very funny!

Nice location, disappointing stay

The location is great - very close to the beach. We left early because the fridge was noisy and we had some concerns with the cleanliness. The property manager was very apologetic and said the owner was going to fix the fridge. The manager said he'd look into a partial refund, which we didn't get (at least not yet). We’ve stayed in other units in the villas and have had good experiences, so we’d definitely consider coming back, but this was disappointing, especially for the cost.

Post Covid Getaway

The property was older but very clean and had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is just as the listing states. Management is on site during the day if you need anything.

Little out of date, but nonetheless great

These units are not new, but what a great location. Just steps from private beach access and hugh swimming pool right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.
