Ideal for 8 people with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 with single beds) and a large living room.
1000 m² of enclosed land with south terrace and pool enjoying open views and a lovely garden north side.

Great location and helpful owner

We stayed as a three. Two adults and one infant. The property was more than enough for us. The selling points have be the pool, the peaceful outlook at the rear with garden and field and the location. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had.

Jolie maison, très bien équipée (électroménager et vaisselle), jardin bien entretenu, grande piscine. Communication avec la propriétaire facile. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Agréable séjour mais quelques points facile à améliorer

Points positifs : localisation de la maison proche des commerces de Loix et des pistes cyclables. Jardin très agréable, calme et fleuri, très belle piscine. Points négatifs : piscine froide (21 degrés max), propreté moyenne à l'arrivée (notamment du sol), absence de Wi-Fi, chambre enfants difficile d'accès (escalier dangereux), oreillers et couettes jaunes, pas de possibilité de louer les draps ni les serviettes de toilette, impossibilité de sécher le linge à l'intérieur de la maison ce qui est délicat en cas de mauvais temps.

De superbes vacances.

Cette véritable “maison de famille” est très confortable, bien équipée et meublée, et surtout très calme, idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied du charmant et typique petit centre de Loix (supérette, marché, boulanger, restaurant..etc..), moins de 10 minutes à vélo de la plage du Groin, et 15 minutes à vélo de celle, plus grande, de la Couarde. La piscine est grande de même que le magnifique “vrai” jardin, joliment arboré et fleuri. Nous nous sommes bien reposés et partis à la découverte de l’ile de Ré en vélo et en famille (deux adultes et trois ados/enfants).

Pretty house with a garden & pool in Loix walking distance to shops and restaurants

We loved our stay in Loix - the house is comfortably furnished and cosy, ideal for a family. The pool and garden are a good size for children to play plus table tennis. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is walking distance to the local Spar shop and the shops in Loix where there is also a lovely daily market in the summer, selling fresh produce, clothes and crafts etc. Loix is less busy than some other locations in the summer, which we liked - slightly off the beaten track but easy to cycle everywhere of interest (as far as La Flotte with an 8 year old) and very family friendly. There are three restaurants/cafes in Loix and a couple of Oyster cabins within cycling distance. Plus two cycle hire shops (book in advance for August). The beaches are about 20 mins cycle ride away. The owner was lovely and helpful. Currently no WiFi at the property. We’d love to go back to Loix again

Calme et confort pour un séjour très sympa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à L'ile de Ré dans le petit village de loix. La villa est fidèle au descriptif et aux photos bien équipée fonctionnelle et bien situé au calme dans le village. La villa est à cinq minutes en vélo du centre village où on trouve boulangerie boucherie épicerie marché restaurant. Nous avons eu un souci avec la piscine en début de séjour mais la propriétaire est intervenue très rapidement pour régler le problème avec le pisciniste. Merci

Excellent séjour!

La maison est parfaitement située pour être au calme tout en étant à 5 min du centre village et de la mer. Maison très agréable à vivre et un coup de cœur pour la vue dégagée côté terrasse.
