Discover this charming duplex T3, ideally located at the entrance to the picturesque Chaume district, once the haunt of fishermen. This apartment is located just 300 meters from the ferryman, leading you to the large sandy beach, 500 meters from local shops and 2 kilometers from Paracou beach, this vacation rental is the perfect refuge for your stay.

Located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator), the apartment is composed as follows: on the first level, you will find an entrance with cupboard, a living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen area, as well as a bathroom. water with WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you: a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with a mezzanine (maximum height 1.80 m - minimum height 0.85 m) including a double bed (140 cm ) and a single bed (80 cm). An additional bathroom with WC is also at your disposal.

Enjoy two terraces, one of which is equipped with an awning, garden furniture, and offers a magnificent view of the channel and the marina. A parking space is also at your disposal.

Equipment available: fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and television. Please note that pets are not allowed. We offer the possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay (50 € + 1 € per m²), rental of linen (18 € per pair of sheets, 10 € per towel/person), and rental of a WiFi box (39 €/week). This property is a complete dump. It is poorly furnished with thrift store castaways. It is a two-story walkup in a shabby building in a worse neighborhood. There is no heat. The unit has no linens or towels. We paid dearly for three nights and were told the reason the unit had no sheets and towels but we would have to pay extra for them. Absurd, We asked them to deliver sheets and towels to us and turn on the hear. They said we would have to take a taxi across town to the agency to pick them up during a single 15-minute window or they would be closed for the weekend. This place is terrible, the agency is worse. Spare yourselves, have nothing to do with this place or these people.
