Located in a quiet and surrounded by lush greenery, the estate also has a heated outdoor pool, accessible from late May to mid-Sept.

Unser Urlaub war perfekt, die Wohnung, der Pool, die Lage, die Vermieter, der Weg zum Strand, ... es waren einfach 2 wunderschöne Wochen , Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter, wenn`s zeitlich klappt, würden wir gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen

Genoten van ons verblijf in Middelkerke. Appartement is rustig gelegen op afgesloten domein op wandelafstand van de zee. Appartement is volledig in orde. Groot pluspunt is de garage waardoor de auto veilig staat. Veel mogelijkheden naast de deur met bowling, minigolf, karting, ...

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage mit großem Pool

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr gepflegter Wohnanlage mit großem zentralen Pool, der jeden Abend gereinigt wird. Der Strand ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Kosten für Strom und Wasser werden nach dem Aufenthalt abgerechnet.

Très bien pour les familles, éviter les bibelots et les décorations en cas de petits enfants Calme et agréable Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine est présent Accès direct à la digue Commerces se trouvent un peu loin Garage ok mais très peu de place pour manœuvrer si véhicule long Nous avons apprécié et nous pourrions y retourner si le propriétaire veut bien de nous

Aangenaam verblijf in proper en gezellig appartement

In dit erg nette en voldoende uitgeruste appartement, was meer dan genoeg plaats voor 4 mensen. Enkel 2p-kinderkamer is vrij krap, maar dit was vooraf reeds duidelijk via de foto. Perfecte ligging, rustig maar toch dichtbij strand, Middelkerke en Nieuwpoort vlakbij, én naast bowling/ dierenparkje/ klimparcours/... Ook zicht op zwembad ('s nachts verlicht!) is top. Correcte communicatie met eigenaar. Voor ons was dit de eerste ervaring met Vrbo, het voelde wat vreemd aan dat we eerst enkel een 'advertentie-nummer' hadden en geen adres, maar door rechtstreekse communicatie met eigenaar was dit vlug verholpen. Correcte afhandeling van waarborg. Bedankt en hopelijk tot nog eens!

Genieten in een rustgevende omgeving!

Gezellig en functioneel appartement met zongericht terras op een verzorgd 'Green Garden' domein. Bijkomend pluspunt is mogelijkheid gebruik te maken van garage en een vrij groot proper onderhouden zwembad. Inderdaad, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Vorbereitung zeigte sich als etwas beschwerlich, weil uns die Informationen nur in kleinen Schritten vom Vermieter erreichten. Das rührte auch daher, dass nicht alle Informationen im Angebot beschrieben waren, wie z.B Zusatzkosten für Strom und Wasser. Es fehlen dort auch Angaben zu Bettzeug, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern und es wurde uns erst zwei Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass wir diese mitbringen müssten. Am Ende wäre es aber nicht wirklich notwendig gewesen, auch Decken mitzubringen. Das Missverständnis entstand vermutlich durch ein Sprachproblemen, das im übrigen Dank online Übersetzungstools ausreichend gelöst werden konnte. Die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft war nett und hat gut funktioniert. Ebenso die Abwicklung beim Verlassen. Der Aufzug sorge für Überraschungen und blieb so manches mal stehen. Ärgerlich war, dass die Toilette keine gute Entlüftung hatte. Jeder versteht, was ich damit meine. Zimmer, Betten, Küche und Ausstattung etc. waren wie im Prospekt beschrieben und genügen den Ansprüchen. Die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in der Anlage sind sehr abwechslungsreich. Kleiner Nachteil ist, dass der Schlüssel nicht berechtigt alle Ein- und Ausgänge der Anlage zu benutzen, so dass Umwege entstehen. Ein Plan, welche Ein- und Ausgänge benutzbar sind, wäre hilfreich.
