Great place, great location
Place is great. Really nice conversion of the original buildings. All amenities thought of. Everything worked. Parking area always had spaces available. The area itself has loads of restaurant choices. In the evening it feels very safe lots of families walking around using the restaurants. 34 bus from town will also drop you off right outside Royal William Yard. The only negative I can think of is the flat was quite hot and couldn't really cool it down as windows are small. But a decent fan is provided in the living room. And we did stay just after 1 of the heat waves so I'm guessing it was a lot of residual heat from that. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed
Lovely property but things needs maintenance. Sofa the cushions that are supposed to pull up for head support, hinges broken and wood broken. Blinds in double bedroom unable to close and people can look in. Kitchen cupboards the plinth underneath just lying on the floor. No milk for when we arrived. There were no instructions for how to use the shower. Especially as it is not cheap to rent.

Girls few days in Plymouth
We were visiting our sister who lives in Royal William Yard and so this flat was perfect! We love the area and the flat was very stylish, the décor of a high standard and very comfortable. Just a few minor things that need to be sorted including the fan oven which did not work and the drain in the wash basin in the bathroom which was slow to clear. The bed nearest the door in the twin room needs to be replaced as the slats broke every time I lay on it (and I wouldn't class myself as being that heavy!). However, I would say it was very good value for the three of us for 3 nights , and much better than staying in a hotel.

Stunning apartment in stunning location
10 Clarence in Royal William Yard is a stunning apartment, upmarket, comfortable and has great facilities. The mixture of textures in the apartment, with stone, wood and steel, and the high ceilings and stunningly massive doors make the overall look of the place incredible. The beds are very comfortable, the shower spot on, and the facilities include all the extras one might need, for example a washing machine and ironing board. Royal William Yard is beautiful, steeped in history, with lots of restaurants and pubs. We missed out on going to the wine bar unfortunately, but we will definitely be back. We enjoyed the half-hour ferry trip to The Barbican at £3 each - a lovely boat trip :) A tact from the Barbican to Royal William Yard on a Saturday night at 1030pm was only £7. I can't recommend the place enough. A lot of "oooh's and ahh's" when we walked in from everyone, and a lovely place to stay.

Plymouth
Beautiful apartment sited in a gorgeous area. We were very comfortable and this apartment had everything we needed, after a long drive from Newcastle we were able to make a hot drink as soon as we got there. There was loads of space and it was very clean and homely our only problem was the toilet didn't flush properly. We had a lovely stay and would definately use this apartment again. I would highly recommend this accommodation . Thank you so much for the hospitality.

One night stay June 2016
The apartment is well appointed and in a great location. The welcome was warm and knowledgable. We didn't use them but there are plentiful bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Two things; the first was that the bin wasn't emptied after the last tenant, as such a rotten curry smell was wafting around the apartments. The second is more of a watch out - you need to make sure you have registered your car prior to arrival, otherwise you might get a ticket. Overall a nice place in a great location. We would stay again if we had the need.

short break.
Having only one key and fob caused some issues as the group had to stay together or one person stayed at the property when the others went out + one of the bedrooms had no electric points. The extractor fan in the bath room and kitchen were faulty.

A wonderful space in a plum location
The Royal William Yard is a wonderful historic place to stay. 10 Clarence is ideal for 5 people (not 6). The accommodation is well laid out and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Phil is fantastic with meet n greet. The accommodation could do with a fuller clean as there were stains on the floor. I like to be able to take my shoes off like I am at home when travelling.

Disappointing
Very 'on trend' apartment but lacking comfort. We were six adults and the pull out sofa in lounge was only suitable for children. Bathroom radiator position right next to toilet no controls and extremely hot, very dangerous. Seating in lounge area very uncomfortable one of the sofas was supported by a yellow pages phone directory and a next catalogue, area very much a concrete jungle with no outlook from appartment, disappointed would not return

Royal William Yard Appartment
Nice apartment great location with very nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep, great views out over the sound to Mountbatten and Bovisand etc. Apartment was on the ground floor with big windows, so blinds had to be used, which were a bit awkward. And it was a tad on the warm side too, but overall a yes from me Simon.

Lovely Apartment
We only stayed for a few hours, but the apartment was lovely. Facilioties were left for us to make a drink and towels provided. The only thing I found was difficult is there is no plug socket near a mirror so difficulty in drying and straightening my hair.

Wish we could have stayed for longer
Stayed here for one night whilst on a shopping weekend in Plymouth. The location is out of this world. Felt like we were in a foreign country. The apartment is brilliant and has everything you could want for a self catering property. The restaurants nearby, literally within a 5 minute walk are fantastic. Don't think I can fault it in anyway.

10 Clarence
Everything was excellent, however, we were disappointed as we were expecting the views associated with a 'waterfront apartment. I think saying this in the description of the property is misleading.

Prime location for a fabulous break in Plymouth
From the booking process through to departure, everything ran smoothly. Phil who did the meet and greet was friendly and helpful. We were delighted with the Apartment. Well furnished and equipped, Spotlessly clean with excellent quality linens. The location was perfect with a good range of restaurants and a bakery a short walk. Being at one end of King Williams Yard slightly away from the hub bub of the restaurants it was very quiet. My husband was brought up in Plymouth and as keen historians, we enjoyed staying in a bit of Plymouth history.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location.
We were greeted by Phil with a bottle of milk to welcome us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We have had a very pleasant stay and without any reservation would thoroughly recommend it to our family and friends.
