The house has five bedrooms (three doubles and two singles), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room for 8 people, living room, three terraces (one poolside), garden, barbecue, pool, laundry
The house is part of a farm of 20 hectares. The building, dating back over 100 years, has the typical structure of the old Menorcan houses.
The farm is 2 km from Ciutadella, allowing them to go to the supermarket and other shops in less than 5 minutes. Being so close allows you to go for a walk and / or bike to Ciutadella.
We provide cleaning and / or bike rental extra charge.

Maison trés agréable charme de l'ancien

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle finca minorquine, cependant à notre arrivée nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il y avait des locataires à l'année au niveau inférieur , nous pensions être seuls. Ce n'est pas clairement indiqué dans l'annonce et vu que nous étions 9 avec des enfants les voisins sont venus nous signifier que nous faisions trop de bruit dommage quand on pense avoir réservé une maison isolée pour être tranquille et ne gêner personne.
