framed by the green of the pine forest leads to the Villa Merienne,
which is situated on a large estate where there is another house, but at
a distance and which is totally independent, ensuring privacy and total autonomy. Terraces, balconies and the outdoor spaces frame
the villa and offer the possibility to spend moments of peace,
relaxation and outdoor fun, enjoying a pleasant panoramic view on the
sea of Leuca.

Villa Merienne spread on the 3 levels. The heart of the villa is the middle floor:
you will find a spacious day area with dining room, eat-in kitchen
equipped with microwave and dishwasher, lounge and bathroom with shower.
A glass door separates the sleeping area of this floor, consisting of 2 doubles with en suite bathroom, and the 1 double with adjacent bathroom. In one of the bedrooms there is a sofa bed. 
Through a comfortable flight of stairs you get to the first floor where 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed, a large bathroom with shower and a beautiful view of the sea. Finally, the ground floor, independent and autonomous from the rest of the house, has a small living room and a bathroom with shower.

Villa Merienne is simple, light, mediterranean style and classical
holiday homes to the sea. Among the accessories there are: air conditioning in all bedrooms, bbq in the garden to prepare delicious grilled food, and utilities as the washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, and freezer. 
Villa Merienne is located in Leuca, between the goals of the Salento, the most popular for holidays in Apulia to the sea. Ideal for groups, is a 900 meters from the sea and even closer to the center of the Leuca,
the extreme south east of Italy, with the lighthouse, the sanctuary of
Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, the caves, the harbour turistico, the
beautiful villas on the seafront and so much more. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- 4 extra beds can be added with a payment of euro 15 per night per person.
