About this property

A relaxing stay in an architect's house, in the heart of the Sainte Victoire massif in the countryside of Provence.
The accommodation is approximately 170m² with large volumes and keeps it fresh. The spacious kitchen is equipped for people who love to cook. It is complemented by a Weber barbecue. You will find there: Oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee maker, toaster ...

You will have at your disposal the entire house (with a large living room, and a large kitchen, 1 master bedroom suite with its bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs sharing a second bathroom), You enjoy the 6000m2 of land with swimming pool, barbecues, deckchairs…

Of the 200m2 of the house, 30m2 are not accessible because they are not fitted out, the dressing room and the garage are excluded from the rental.
You will find the scents of Provence in the garden with aromatic herbs in the garden as well as lavender.
The house has authentic materials which require some care (wood, waxed concrete, ...).
For information, in case of strong allergy, dogs and cats live in the house outside the rental periods.

A 5-minute walk away, you will find the Canal de Provence and you are directly in the Massif de la Sainte Victoire for your hikes.
A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive, you have a U market (where you can do your shopping).
A 30-minute drive will take you to Aix en Provence.
50 minutes by car, you will find Cassis and its creeks.
50 minutes by car, you also have the metropolis Marseille with its MUCEM.

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines chez Camille cet été. Nos vacances ont débuté par un accueil très chaleureux de Camille qui a su être à notre écoute et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions en amont de nos vacances. Sa maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Nous avons pleinement profité de l'immense jardin et de la piscine sans vis à vis. La situation de la maison est idéale car très au calme à la sortie du village mais néanmoins à proximité de quelques commerces. Je recommande vivement cette maison !
